Yes, received a white postcard for "$100.00 in gift rebate certificates good at Wal-mart, Target, and more."
I called 1-855-371-2241 and got a similar offer to above.  When asking for an email address she stated we are USA
Smart Shoppers and gave me the ID#20589.  I told her taht I would not give my cc number on the phone for any reason
and she disconnected us.  Definitely bad news.

I received a postcard in mail from above number offering free gift rebates in the amount of 500 dollars, etc,
checked the number and address with phone operator, who verified it belonged to a Chuckie Cheese
Franchise in a mini mall with two other franchises of different names.  Chuckie Cheese did not seem to
Know their franchise was being used to as the location of a SCAM, but I made them very aware of the
Situation immediately.  Talked with manager at Chuckie Cheese at the Hernden address, who seemed
VERY Nervous about the information I was giving him.  The supposed manager spoke with a very heavy
Accent, and found it difficult to understand him.  HMMM, makes one wonder,

ALWAYS REMEMBER.......IF ITS TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE, THEN IT PROBABLY ISN'T TRUE!

I did a lot of digging and this is what I found:

You pay the $3.95 for your "voucher" that they claim is good at any location. However, they don't tell you that the $3.95 is for a trial membership to Smart Shopper Savings Club (BBB reveiw: http://www.bbb.org/central-northern-western-a ... x-az-1000023277). And if you don't cancel the membership, which you don't because you don't know you even have one, they debit your account monthly for your membership dues. Meanwhile, they fullfillment of your voucher is never completed becuase, with the exception of a prepaid Visa, there is no such thing as a voucher that is good at any retail location. Essentially, they're luring people in so they have an excuse to scam money off of them long term.

If you have sent them any money, contact your state Attorney General and the Arizona State Attorney General to file a complaint (this "company" is based in Phoenix).

i came across this post while searching for the address listed on these post cards. I got the same post card today with the same address, however they are using a different phone number now, 855-563-7003, which i will report also. These things are bogus, especially since they are changing their phone number.

Just got the post card today (5/29/12) and called the number. Verified my mailing address and was asked to pay $3.95 in order to receive the $100.00 in gift rebates from Wal-Mart, Target, and more. However, I verified with the man that I would really only be getting $96.00 because I would have to pay the fee. He then realised the logic and asked for a credit/debit number. I said that I didn't have either and only use a bank for cash. With this, he hung up on me. If this doesn't say SCAM to you, enjoy your delusion. Thanks for this site.

I received a post card in the mail stating that I've been selected to received $100.00 in gift Wal-Mart, Target.

When I called back they asked to confirm my name and address and ask to pay for one time fee of $3.95, I obviously did not provide my card number and I told him that I don't believe for such thing.

He had a very heavy accent, said his name was Mr. Smith

Elderly mom received a card in the mail offering her a $100 gift card to Walmart ot Target. The lady said her name was Lisa, but my mom said she sounded foreign. When the lady told her she needed her credit card or debit card #, my mom gave her a "white lie" saying she couldn't find it and asked if she could look for it & call her back. "Lisa" told her no, that it was a one-time offer. My mom asked her to hold on while she tried to find it, set the phone down and left the house to go run some errands. When she came back, "Lisa" had hung up. My mom then called me & I told her to never buy into those things that come in the mail & she said she will be reporting it to the police so they can notify other people. When doing research on the address, no information comes up for it. The address my mom got is: Notification Center, 2465 Centreville Rd. #J17-802, Herndon, VA 20172. Phone #: 855-768-1761. Would really hate to see someone get scammed!
