I have filed a complaint with the Florida DACS and the federal FTC. I recommend filing a complaint with both your state regulator and with the FTC. Once they get enough complaints, they will finally do something about these scammers.

someone calls me from this number and tells me that they received a message from my computer saying that i have a problem with windows... i own a mac, so you know they're full of crap... how can we stop these people... and my husband is indian... he's faking the accent... i can tell...

i got the same call...man with a very think indian accent who said i had downloaded something to my computer. asked him to repeat four or five times where he was calling from, never could make out what he was saying (i actually think he was slurring a name so it couldn't be understood - i work with indians so understanding that accent is generally not a problem for me) when i finally asked him who he was trying to reach he hung up.

funny thing is i had just been running all my malware/antivirus scans yesterday and today!

Mr Joey Lester telling me I have internet error on PC output & need maintenance service. I don't trust him because I don't know the company. Please investigate these people/company. I have gotten several phone calls on my house phone. Thank you.

Just got this bogus call from same number.  If they are going to call people, they should have someone that speaks ENGLISH! Had to ask him to repeat several times about "receiving repots of malicious malware on my computer".  1. How would he know I have a computer, 2  He would call me by name if he knoew who he was calling,  3. I told him "I already have a company that maintains my computer".  Which I do-GOS  So much for having my number listed with the Do Not Call list! HA!

This website needs  SCAM as one of the choices for the Call Type.

Middle eastern accent. Claims he's from "IT" and my computer is infected...or some nonsense. I laughed and used a lot of profanity and cultural slurs (apologies to my friends) until he hung up. Loser :(

I received the same type of call today while I was at work. The gentlemen with a strong East Indian accent said that my computer is infected by spywares which might harm my desktop. Instantly I replied: How could that be! He then asked if I owned a computer at home.. I said Yes, then he said Great, could you please log onto your email account... I abruptly ended the conversation saying that he was calling me during work-time and my PC is fire walled. Should it re-occur again, threaten the person to report it to the police.

Just received yet another call from these people, without anyone on the other end.(hung up, again)
I called back , got a voice message saying that" they are busy, If I want to collect on my..... blah blah blah."
Left a reply message saying PLEASE REMOVE THIS NUMBER FROM YOUR LIST!!!!

These people (855-791-1186) Just called and tried telling me that " my computer is infected and he would like to give me a free diagnostic" HAHA! Yeah RIGHT! Lets just say he got a HUGE piece of my mind! :)

I just had the same call. the man wanted me to turn on my computer so that they can tell me what files are infecting it.
I told him, that I have a goof computer technician and that i don't need his assistance and he hung up!

Ask them where they are located and they will hang up on you. It's a company that are trying to scan your computer.

I also got the same call from 855-791-1186 they said that my computer was full of harmful threats and he wanted me to talk to another department. I asked him what company he was calling from and he said it was PC expert company. They said that they fix PC products but were not owned by Microsoft. The man had an east Indian accent and was very rude. I even went to the point of saying i own a apple computer thinking I might through him off that way but he still wanted me to talk with one of his experts. They didn't ask me for personal information they said that what i downloaded gave them my number. So if anyone gets a call from these people do not give personal information this is a big fat scam.

Calling from 855-791-1186 saying someone tried to hack my computer on a website. Oh brother, this people must think we are all idiots.

These Indians just called me saying there is a virus on my computer (which my cell phone number is not linked to) and they wanted to help me fix it. Every time i asked where they were calling from they spoke very fast and unclear. Clearly a scam.

I got a call yesterday from 855-791-1186 from some person with a very strong accent.  I had to ask him to repeat what he was saying three times before I could understand it.  He was informing me that my computer was infected with spyware, malware and viruses, and that they had some free software that I could download that would clean everything.  I told him no way was I going to let him have anything to do with my computer with some "free" software. I already have very reliable protection for these things, and I immediately hung up.  Obviously a scam.

I got a call from 855-791-1186, some person with heavy accent calling me "mon".  Told me they had received noticed that my computer had been compromised by spyware, malware and they had a free download to get rid of it.  I was rude and kept asking how much?  She/he said no it's a free download.  I laughed and said how dumb do you think I am.  Take my number off your calling list and don't call again and hung up on them.  Guess this number is being used for lots of different kinds of calls.

I got a call this morning around 10:06 and the international person said they was calling from the United States and they are informing me that I have a lot of spyware and malicious ware on my computer and only they can remove them. I ask them where they was calling from and she said United States Microsoft. I told her I never heard of someone calling to inform them of such thing and if they had a number so I can contact them. She said mam you cant call me back all I need to do is to get on my computer and she was going to help me remove those dangerous virus from my computer because my computer could crash at anytime. So I told her I do not own an computer she said mam just get on your computer because she didnt want me to be hack so then I hung up. She call me back from a similar number 1-855-791-1189 and said mam we got disconnected so now will you just sign on your computer and foolow these steps. I told her my husband work for the FBI and I will have him to investigate this and she then hung up on me. I did call the number back it went to a voicemail and it said to reach the operator dail 0 but when I did it disconnect the call every time......FRAUD, FRAUD, FRAUD I KNOW IT WAS A HACKER FROM THE INTERNATIONAL

i got a call from this number saying that i won $500 for groceries.. i asked them to take me off of their list 3 times! every time i asked, he said but why ma'am?  so i asked to speak to the supervisor.. and jerk says "only under one condition: what size bra do you wear? i want to f*ck you." REALLY??  Not cool.

Ok guys, I receieved a call from 0018557911186, just to note, I live in the UK and dial code for the US is 001, so I removed the 001 and entered this number and I found this page, I don't know who the hell they are, they just called at 4:25PM and would like to know what kind of retard idiot would phone a UK landline?

My number is not listed, I even asked Sky Talk to bar annoymous calls, so I want to know how the hell did an american company get a british resident telephone number and decide to call it.

I to receive these calls all day long. I never answer but believe it all started from my son answering a survey on line. Answered at first was asked if i wanted to go to college, said no but would not give up had to hang up. After a while the #s they used would change about 10 different #s where used to get me to accept the call. Hate telemarketers.

I am receiving numerous calls from "number unavailable" or "restricted" or mostly from "unknown."

The following #s are the call origination numbers:

855-791-1189 and 855-791-1186.

Thanks to anyone w/ advice.  I never answer these calls and no messages are left.

Young male subject is calling being sexually explicit with teen girls. This is an unlisted toll free number acquired for harassment. All 888-855-866 & 800 are toll free numbers for long distance savings. Business brat or daycare support for someone?s spoiled kid.

This number just called me and said I just won a hundred dollar gift card.  When I said I wasnt interested he replied with ?I will come kill your whole family.?
