i received a from Jessica  EXT 302 From some company by the if ADR ABRITRATION stating that i owed a loan for cash line and that if i did not call to setup payment that they will be out to my house or job to serve papers. i ask for a number to the company that i suppose to owe and they would give it to me. said i had to pay them. so i hung up so they call back threating to come to my place of work. i told them to come on me and the police will be waiting for them. this a SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I decided to call them back and ask who they're trying to reach for that case number. The name they gave me matches that of a woman who had my phone # before I did, and I told them this and told them I get a lot of calls for her but don't know her new number, where she is, or who she is. The agent was actually quite nice and said she'd take my phone number off the case. Done! They may be scum but in this case seemed reasonable.

Received a call from a David Froust two days in a row restricted # they would be serving me papers on friday. That I will be embarrassed in front of my boss or family member because they would have to serve as a witness to call the claimant at 855-820-7223 for anyquestions.......They need to find a better life!!!!

this group called my parents (with whom i have not lived since 1994). "Samantha" left a message stating that this was her "second attempt" to contact me, and was "reminding me" about my "case" and "our meeting tomorrow". No other info, spoke rapidly but with North American accent, and no other info. Told my parents that it sounds like a scam, according to the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.

No legit agencies operate this way, although many which are "less than honest" tend to do so, I am finding out.

I have been getting calls exactly like everone else but for my sister who died last year of cancer. I thought it was a mistake but horrible scammers. Now praying the sick and deceased relatives. Total scum

Bottom feeders, ask them for there address, then whe they give you a PO Box number tell them that all PO Bix numbers must have a physical address on file, then tell them youll be visting there home.

The same person "Stacy" left a voicemail then called me at work and stated that she was coming out to my work and then my house to serve me court papers and told me I must return the call to 855-820-7223; they call themselves ADR ARBITATION.  Darryl Miller is whom I spoke with 855-820-7223 litigation department his ext 305, then Jessica (all were english speaking, no accents) ; wanted to transfer you to "banking dept" for electronic funds transfer on "recorded" line to clear debt but here is the BIG RED FLAG...funds would be held for 60 days "in escrow acct" to avoid possible chargebacks, only THEN would you receive confirmation of paid debt to whatever creditor they told you that you owed money to; no provision for cash or money order payments or immediate resolution and confirmation.  BEWARE!!!

I have been getting the same call from the same person the last few days. ADR Services is a real company and they aren't too thrilled that these scammers are using their name.

I received a message yesterday, 3/6/14 from a Andrea Robertson, private number concerning some issue that I'm involved in.  She wasn't very clear!!!  I was told that I would receive some notification in 72 hours.  However, she suggested that I call 855-820-7223 to discuss.  She also provided a docket #.

My initial reaction was it's a scam!!  After reviewing other people's comments related to this number, I'm convinced it is a scam.

Called again today and left message that they would be here in 45 minutes called them back go the address for them after the guys on the phone keep giving me the company name, then asked to verify my information I refused told him to come on right now that the police and I were both waiting for them then slammed the phone down. They don't scare me just wish they would stop calling me at all and hate it for the people that really believe their crap and pay them money.

Who ever was the 7 people that paid them it wasn't legit they are scammers. Thinking they can call random people with their past information  and scare with court charges. I hope police catch them  they call themselves ADR ARBITATION. They call threating you with 72 hours to contact them to make payment arrangements or you will be served. If you get a call from them contact your local police station. Got to stop these SCAMMERS. Don't matter what state the paper trial will lead eventually

did not show up Friday as they said the would called again today with 256-423-8911 said they don't know what my problem is but they will be here tomorrow to serve me and I better make myself available to them or they will come to my house next which by the way I don't live at and have not in 5 years lol. still leaving the 855-820-7223 to call Stacy back, does not have a foreign accent by the way. I just wish they would show up I got something waiting for them the police.

Ignore 'em.  Total scam.  Usually run out of India or Pakistan.  Indian accent surest sign of a scam.

Has called for 3 days threating me with someone coming to my place of business and embarrass me to have me served if I don't call ASAP and talk with them, today said since you have not called we are on our way to serve you so be expecting us soon.

Threading to show up at my work and home to serve me papers

An unknown number calls and say they are a courier.  They will deliver court documents unless I call  855-820-7223 to set up arrangements.  They say they will embarass me in front of my supervisor to make him act as a witness.  They have called my office and my wife's cell phone.

I got this call today...came in "unknown" let it go to vm because for a little over a month I have been getting calls for some one named Mathew ***** (same name this time) calls up to 30 times a day all for either payday loans or english so bad I couldn't understand....today they left the same threat you got for "Mathew"   Bwahaha...who leaves a leagal action on an unverified vm.
