Calls and hangs up

ACR will block this caller who called 25 times in two weeks. They are not Wells Fargo as
they claim but are a neusence.

Harassing calls day and night

Just as I filled this complaint out, I received a call from them....It's Wells Fargo...They do  prompt you to push the button if you want them to stop calling, but you have to give them your phone number.

Don't know if that's a good idea? Has anyone done that?

Same as the rest....calls from this number, at least 2-3 times daily...a nuisance

It's time for someone to put a stop to these telemarketers!!

Calls everyday every 2 hours!!!! Does not leave a message. Called the number and there is a message saying they are from Wells Fargo and they will contact again but if you want to be removed from solicitation enter 1 and your number. DON'T DO IT!!!!! I called Wells Fargo. They said they would never do anything of the sort and they are going to research the number and sort it out (we hope). I've been on the Do Not Call List forever and so far it's worked but every now and then they slip through the cracks. The associate also said that sometimes they will ask for your debit card #. Don't give it to them. Wells Fargo will not call you unless you have something going on with your account IE fraudulent activity and such. TELEMARKETERS GET A NEW JOB AND A LIFEEEE.

This number calls almost three times a day. Rings for three times and hangs up beacause they know the fourth ring will pick up the answering machine. It's irritating. When I call back, they say Wells Fargo, but Wells Fargo never calls me and I have three accounts with them.

It's Wells Fargo with a promotion.  If you call back, there is a prompt to have you removed.  But they are using multiple numbers, so you might have to call more than one number to be finally removed from their list (which takes up to 30 days!).

called cox and if they call me again they gave me a code to press to report them to the agency who will arrest the person making the phone call. so hopefully by reporting them theyll learn

Daily calls from thus number. Left no messages. Caller requested me by name. When my wife requested information for a message they evaded. When I spoke with them the caller gave me a sketchy description of a life insurance policy for a million dollars. Caller immediately tried to verify my address. I did not respond to the request but asked for the name of the company she represented. She said she was calling on behalf of Wells Fargo. I asked for the name of the company she worked for. She responded, "World Contact Systems." I asked not to call again.

Called # back and it said to remove # from this, press1. Said it would take up to 24 hrs to remove.

I just called it back and got a message that said error and it hung up on me

They keep calling over and over---once at 8:30pm.  Lately they've been getting a severe blast of "SOMEBODY TO LOVE" (the screaming guitars at the end of the song) in FULL DECIBAL!!!
HA HA!!

We have gotten phones calls from the number 855-821-8099 for the past month, every day, almost twice a day.  No one is ever on the line when we answer and they don't leave a message when I don't answer.  I called the number back, they said it was Wells Fargo (of course I don't believe them and I have heard all about the fraud that has been going on with them).  It was automated so I did go through the menu, pushing 1 to remove my number.  It will take 5 days to process and 30 to be removed.  Let's hope this does something because it is annoying to have a phone ring every day for no reason, especially when I have a baby and young children who nap.  Stupid people!

I often get calls from this number.  The calls only ring 3 times. I never answer as I make it a "rule" not to answer ANY 800 numbers.  If it's important - they'll leave a message.

Rec'd 2 calls & I let answering machine pick it up & no message was left either time on 11/15/11.

They say they are Wells Fargo..but they are not. I called Wells Fargo and they are aware of it already..It is fake so do not answer

They called today to ask about question of our checking account. Since my husband is also on the account, he supposed to have the right the answer the question. But they insisted to have me answering it - gladly I was working and not able.

Calls 2-3 times a day for months.  Cannot find the owner's name without paying for a service that provides that information.  No way.  Just annoying.

Persistent calls from this number, but they never leave a message.

Someone called on Friday, Nov. 2 and asked for Mr. -----, I told them that he was not here at the present time, they hung up.  On Monday, Nov. 7 I block the toll free number, however, today is Nov. 8 and they have called here at 12:21 PM, 12:53 PM, 5:12 PM and just now at 5:45 PM. My phone only rings one time, after that I am not sure what happens on the other end.

I called it back and it was a recording saying something about Wells Fargo, but sounded really scratchy.  Asked if I wanted to be removed from "this solicitation" to press 1, and then enter my phone #.  

We'll see......

Calls up to three times a day and never leaves a message.  Has been calling for over two months.  I have not answered the calls since they do not leave a message.

Scammer calling to see if my number is still active, now they are harassing me

They said they were "Wells Fargo" and ask for account information.
Wells Fargo said they would never call asking for information over the phone. If you bank with Wells Fargo do not give them information and/or you should call your bank to let them know of the scam.

voice mail is blank and calls all the time and wont stop
