They are using a new number now.... 1-877-512-9951.... same card though with roughly same message, kinda sad when you can just type the first sentence, on this post card, into google search, and find this web page almost at the top  http://local.nixle.com/alert/4815704/ ..... They have been doing this for a long time guys, keep your heads up!!!!!

I received one too.  I called the number on the card, and they said I had earned $100 in rebates for Walmart and Target.  They wanted my credit card to charge me a "one time fee" of $3.00 for postage and processing.  When I asked how I could know this was not a scam, and asked if I could just go pay at my local Walmart Store, the lady hung up on me.  I called my local Walmart where the manager informed me this is a scam, and they do not offer these cards for rebates.

I received one, too.  I'm thinking scam but want to know what others say.
