855-825-0681 left a message on my mother-in-laws answering machine - they are trying to reach her grandson who lives 3,000 miles away.  They threw in this was going to be turned into the States Attorney and something regarding a breach of contract.  My mother-in-law is 82 years old and was totally upset.  I called and they told me they would never say anything like that - they were totally rude -

It is illegal to threaten an alleged debtor with a lawsuit in order to intimidate them into paying money.  NEVER pay money to anyone who refuses to mail proof that you owe the debt and that they are legally entitled to claim said debt.  It is a violation of the FDCPA to refuse to mail proof of debt, and in fact if they do refuse, per the FDCPA, you owe them nothing.

i called it back and it say urg offices and they hung up on me four times say they where going to call me back and did not the say if i dont pay a debit i will got to jail or be sued they where rude the whole call and back talked every thing i said

they call me threatening me telling me i will be sued if i dont pay or miss a payment what is the number to FTC please help i am in texas
