Called and left message for Sandra Soto and that she could call back to the 855 number to find out who was "filing" against her.  I called it back and told them that they had the wrong number, not my name.  Hope it was bogus, and not a trick.

Got a call from a private number saying they would be coming to my home within 48hrs with sealed documents. I dont answer unknown calls however I receive several calls with VM and felt that I should call it maybe important matter. Vm said that if I wanted to stop papers from coming out I should call "filer's" telephone number. 855-848-4846 and case number was provided. I spoke with rep who advise me that debit was up to $2000 with court fees included debit. While discussing settlement with him  he asked me to hold..when he came back he said that he just receive fax from attorney office and canc settle for 3 payments of $234 I adv I cant afford when he was willing to assist with payment arrangement based on settlement I requested to speak  with the attorney in which the fax came from. He said attorney wasnt available and there located in my city when I asked for # he said let me get you transfered to someone who can help you. I almost fell for it I spoke with my husband and he said that it sounds llike fraud..I google and here is were I read and found exact same case..I called the number back asked for agent who assisted me and was adv he is gone for the day. The Rep asked if she can help me I told her that I was being assited to settle a debit google informatioon and found that this is a scam. She hung up on me

I got a call from this number as well, and the same information was given to me as the other people stated below. However ,I found out some information, this is a new 800 number (855) this number is not in use yet (right). I look up area code list on google.com and found out this information.  It is for US/Canada, I told them that they were a collection agency and the people that they are calling have rights and they cannot tell ANY ONE that a criminal charges against them at all. This is breaking the law, and I was transferred to a different person, and he said the same thing but he said he files these charges daily. Do not let these people talk to you like that, get all the information from them that you can and report them to the FCC.

I got the same exact message!! Complete with rudeness and urgency, TRIED to use scare tactics!

Just received phone call from this number on my cell phone that said restricted.  They called back  and  called back to left a message saying that I was going to be served with papers in the next 48 hours.  They gave me a case number to reference and the 855-848-4846 number to call back.  The man sounded extremely rude on the message and expressed the urgency to get back to him.

I got the exact same message w/the same number. I don't know if I should call them back or not? It was such a strange call. Do you think anyone will show up at my home? I was thinking about calling them and just telling them to send me paper work and I will take of it, but I refuse to give any personal info..... I just don't want the harrassment.

Got a call from a private number saying they would be coming to my home or place of employment to serve me with court papers.  I asked what it pertained to and was given the "filer's" teleophone number. 855-848-4846.  Was also given a "case number" ending in CR, which designates the case as a criminal matter.  When I called the number, the company name was ING and they are supposedly a "legal outsourcing" agency.  They told me I was going to be sued for a fraudulent loan and restitution was over 1,600 dollars!!  I told them that if the debt was legitimate, I was more than willing to take care of it, but i any "settlement offer" needed to be sent to me in writing.  They offered a ettlement of $500 but wanted it immediately over the phone with a credit card.  I told them NO WAY, not without documentation.  He responded that they would litigate then, and I would be responsible for court costs and attorney fees.  I hung up and checked with local district court, and nothing has beed filedin court against me, which tells me that this is a ploy to get money.  If it was legitimate, I would have been able to find the information out through the court system.  Not to mention, that the DA would need to be involved in order for it to be tried as a criminal matter.  None of which is the case.  Beware if these people contact you!  Don't give them your credit card information!!!

said that they went to my home and now are coming to my place of employment.  legal documentation.  no idea whatsover.  if no name of a company this makes no sense to me.
