They been calling me since September last year always someone different, always trying to make me deals always theating me. They. Call themselfs acs office's. No matter i wat extention I dial it always goes to the sane line. Another number they have called me from is 855-851-2150 they always threaten to serve me papers and charge me for fraud with imprisonment. They call ne.  At least 12 times a day even though I tell them they can't be calling me wen I'm at school. And when I asked. For the attorney's name and bar numbee and to fax me over legal papers to verfiy it they refused. I call check n go where I did take a payday lian out. But I lost my job before I could pay them back. I asked them who they sold ny debt to and they said. Not acs

I received the same type of call from this number from a "John Miller" asked who is with and he told me he was a "independent process server" he had my address everything!  Said something about a district attorneys office case, gave me a case number which doesn't correspond to any court documents as they always will have a prefrix such as TR etc.  Told me I had one hour to respond or he will serve me-based on what I've seen here lets see if he does.

This is the second call I received from this debt collector company (ACS Services) one for me and one for a gentleman I do not have a clue who he is. Jessie Smith informs you via voice mail you have 2 hours to respond or you will be summoned and served at your place or work or home. Actually they CANNOT serve you, if you owe a debt for a payday loan it is a civil matter not a federal offense. Do NOT give them any information until you contact the loan company.  If you do speak with them ask them for proof of ownership of the loan, What county is the court summons in. They cannot answer it as there is no summons. Also, they will call your family and friends leave the exact same message on their voicemail or to whoever answers the call. What these scammers do not realize is that they are in FCC violation and that you can end up suing them. You can also let them know that the conversation is being recorded pursuant to PC 633.5. You will take he chance of being cussed out and called names, most likely they will hang up. I urge you to look up ACS Services Google them and check out what is being said from others. Please do not let them scare you this is a bullying scare tactic that they use in order for you to call back by scaring you half to death thinking you will go to jail and embarass your family. Most of all you will end up owing more than your loan was ever worth and possible your personal information could be compromised. You can verify this information with your local police department. I did verify this information with my ex-husband who is a Sherrif's Deputy in our county.
