This happened to me and I gave them money because they knew everything about me and I am very ill and had to use a credit card. I just found out today that I was scammed because they would mail me the court papers if I cleared the account. I was to sick to appear in court and could not make that long of a trip. I am going to my lawyer tomorrow and the police department. They got over 500 dollars and they even mailed me a receipt. It seemed real but I was so sick. I haven't been able to work in 27 mo because of Lupus. Why would they lie to sick people. They need to be put in jail.

Got a call from a lady in carrloton TX who gave me this number and a case number, so I called it, a man answered and verified my idenity and said I was sent a court summons 40 days earlier for fraud on a cc which I never received any summons then told me I was scheduled in court the next day, he tried to settle a debt with me asking for payment and a sworn statement, I told him I know nothing about this debt and haven't recieved any documents,  he said he would put one in the mail the next day a week later and no documents yet.

My husband has been getting calls from this number for the past two months! They have even contacted his brother and sister a few times asking for him. Have no idea where they got their number from. I called last month and they told me my husband has a $2,000 debt from 1994!! (Are you joking me?! 1994???! It's been like twenty years! There are people who owe hundreds of thousands of dollars in debt and they are calling my husband for a $2,000 debt from 1994??!! Two decades later??!) Anyways, when I spoke with them a month ago they said someone will be delivering a summons to appear in court and no summons yet! Just recently again They gave my brother in law a case number and a name that's different from the first time they left a case number and name. Reading from the comments it's obvious that it is a scam. Maybe I'll call and give them a piece of my ticked off mind!! ?

I just got a call from my mom and they said the same thing, even gave her a "case#".

original call came from 469-208-0085. lady got huffie when found out i not write # down.  so-o-o i wrote # down . alas! familuar   855-854-8802 then tried 2 give me case # .got really upset when told .she was a scammer.  this is 2nd time in 3 weeks we've gotten such call. wish more people would report them.  same scam was done in 2013 in state of indiana b4 got busted.  

These same people were calling my grandma when i told the my grandmother was 79 n if she has a heart attack because of them i was gonna sue them. I then stated that my attorney will contact them reguarding this matter they no longer called

This number called my sister asking for me about some legal documents they wanted to ship me.  They called her like 30 times in a 4 day period.  I called the number, gave them the case # (14Z54945), and they asked me to verify the last four of my SSN.  When I gave them the last four, they said that wasn't the one they had on file.  Have no idea how they got my name, and my sister's phone number.

Someone from this number has call both my Mother and Sister about serving me a summons and left a number. This is 2 call in two days.

wouldnt tell me where exactlly located and said that the person needs to call the number back and if you wantsome one to get the message and explain the summons you need to give the persons name and they will explain it all to them who  you give permission to recieve the information of the summons. really fishy..

Received a call from this indicating I have a summons needing to be delivered, I agree with someone else who posted stating court summons are mailed.  Thank you all for taking the time to post, I won't waste time calling these thieves back!

I Got a call from from the same number saying that I being sued by mybank who I bank with. Saying a payday loan company was sueing me. So when I called them back she had and attitude with me cause I called her out basically saying that's it's a scam.

These thieves had nothing to send.  They are scammers who refuse to mail proof of the debt.

The rest of the story is that is a scam company.

This number called me and stated that they are serving me papers for a summons, they give me a case number.  I tired calling them back and can't get through to them.  I used someone else phone and got through to them, but won't give me any information.  I'm getting sick and tired of them calling me that I can't stand this anymore. They have called my mother and she is very sick and ill on her death bed, my mother calls me to tell me that they gave her the number 855-854-8802 and a case number and told me to call them, I told my mother I can't get through to them with my phone number they have caller ID and won't let me talk to them, my mother stated is there anyone I can report to about them.  The reason I'm not able to get through is because I know they are scammers and are trying to get money out of me.  I don't have money to give them.  Because I have call there buff before they won't let me talk to them.  It's funny I can use someone else phone and get through to them but with my phone number it won't go through to them.  SCAMMERS.  They need to do a television show about these people and get them arrested for there lies.

This guy keeps calling and saying he has legal papers and that I am being sued when I ask who he is representing he says he is just delivering the papers and gives a false case number and telephone number.....

my sister just got a call from them, asking if I'd be available tomorrow, for them to serve me papers and left a case file #. I already know it's the student loan folks...been out of work for over a year and they're ticked at not getting payments

Just got the call. Well they actually called my Brother In Law. I called back verified my SSN and they said it was a old credit card. I had filed bankrutcy( Not proud of) and it was included. I called my Attorney and she said im ok I have my paperwork. Thought i would look it up online and i see its alot of people. They are looking for the ones quick to pay it off without having to go to court. Thats what they say. we can settle now before you get Summons. Beware all.. Thank you for sharing

I originally got a call from 682-305-2544 and a woman said my daughter's name and asked if I was her. I told her no, but I'm her mom.
She mentioned to me that my daughter has legal documents that have to be sent to her regarding a summons and gave me a phone number and case number to give to her. The phone number was 855-854-8802. I asked for what state this is since neither phone number had the correct area code for her or me.
The woman said that she's in Texas but the summons is for another state. (lol)
So I informed my daughter of this call as I googled the number.
Since there have been so many complaints of these calls beings a scam I call the number since I had the "Case number".
The guy who answered the phone answered as GSA Management. I asked about this company and where they are located and he wouldn't give me any information.
I gave him the case number and he put me on hold. I hung up and called again.
The same guy answered and I asked why I was placed on hold. He asked me why I hung up.
I was asking questions and mentioned that I am suspicious of all of this and he said that he cannot give me any information since he does not know if I am "my daughter's name" then he hung up on ME! lol

I received a call with them telling me it is for may daughter and left a case number regarding a summons. I asked my daughter about this as I was googling this number. She was shocked that I got a call about her and some summons with any case number.
I called the number and when they answered as GSA MANAGEMENT and I gave them the case number so they placed me on hold. I hung up and called back and wanted to know why I was placed on hold. The name Dexter carter was mentioned and said it is regarding documents and I asked why is this being done over the phone and not through actual documents sent through the mail. they said the documents have been mailed and they shoulod be received on Monday.

These people called my grandmother and told that I had an outstanding debt and that I would be served the next day. They scared her so bad. What kind of sick business is this? When I attempted to call the number back I received no answer. I told her that if they called again to tell them to come and serve me. I've been waiting for months nut they are still calling my grandmother.
