Calls every day and will never answer, I guess it is their dime not mine..That is what answering machines are for...Idiots....

They call every day, two or three times a day. I immediately disconnect the call every time and they still keep calling week after week. When will they get the message I'm never going to talk with them? I never answer 855 or 866 numbers.

I have my phone with Comcast, so I don't know why they would call like that, and not answer. I get lots of calls all the time, the "do not call" doesn't work, and Comcast just lets them get away with it. I wish are states, or government would do something to put a stop to it, or give us a true way to block it if we didn't want anyone calling us. For old people, it isn't right that they need to get up and answer those kind of calls.  

Has called me every day for a week...If they can listen to our phone conversations, hack our email and watch every move we make why can't they do something about these bottom feeders ??????????????????????????????????

Received a call tonight at 6:05PM from this number. I received a promo from comcast for 2 free movie channels for two years in the mail. If this call was a follow up to contact me why didn't the caller id state who was calling? This sounds like a scam to me if the caller claimed to be comcast. I did not answer because because I don't pickup if I don't recognize the number or the caller id.

I read on another website that it is Comcast or someone calling on behalf of Comcast.  I have blocked this number.
They can call but my phone will not ring however the recorder will record any message..  I notice that they hang up b/4 the recorder picks up.
A sure sign that it is probably a telemarketer.  

Why can't the government stop these bottom feeders ? They can spy on us listen to our phone conversations but they can't figure out who this is calling people..They don't care the DNC is a JOKE.....

This  number 855-866-2396 called today (10/29/2013) and appears to be a totally dead silent call which I answered on my speaker phone. The call then disconnects after about a minute. We are also on the do not call list. As an aside, we also get those calls that say press 1 to continue and 9 to be taken  off their call list. We also get those calls that say press 1 to continue but no 9 to be removed from their call list.  

Updated Info: After being on hold for about two minutes, someone who said their name was "Patrick O'Neil" answered. I hung up and waited 15 minutes to call back. Once again, getting the same person. I did this four or five times over the course of an hour always getting the same person. What are the chances that you would get the same Comcast rep. that many times in such a short period of time? Slim to none as I have contacted Comcast quite a few times regarding different issues and I always get someone different. More to come if I dig deeper.

Never leaves a message. Answered a call I received @ 8:30p.m. and no one was there, just silence and then a hang up. Will call the number back from another line and then do some research from there. Just annoying and we are also on the DNC list. So they are obligated to follow federal restrictions that telemarketers, etc. must abide by such as checking the list on a monthly basis and updating their registry to be in compliance and so on. Just annoying so I see another blocked number in the near future. Luckily, I have VoIP with options that most landlines do not have so I can use software to do lots of very cool and helpful things to avoid these issues.

Well that's 3 nights in a row?  Time to block?

They call & then don't leave a message?   Thanks DoNotCall.gov?   You continue to fail me?   You should have stayed closed after the partial government shutdown?

It's Comcast trying to give you 2 free movie channels for 2 years for free. It tequires you to sign a new contract. The channels are supposed to be just taken off your account after 2 years at no cost to you, but if you call and cancel before 30 days they'll charge you a $75 fee. It Made no sense to me. Sounded like a scam.

Called me at 8:47 at night. I didn't answer and they didn't leave a message. A sure sign that whoever is calling is worthless.
