The same guy has called my dad and keeps calling my work and threatened the last person he talked to that he would come down to my work. He has never actually tried to contact me directly. The USA Today actually wrote an article about scams like this. Apparently they happen quit often now. They are just trying to scare you into giving them money.

Got a call from 855-885-4875 from an Alex Black saying that I was going to be served with papers unless I pay money to clear it. Said I would have to pay thousands of dollars unless I pay $70. I asked for proof of the debt they refused to send me anything but said they would email me. Never heard from them.

Just got the same phone calls, this people are crazy...............

I triangulated the irregular network, the call and location. they better move.... they are in deep crap.

Just got a call from a private number. From a Mr. Marcus Brown, saying that he has official papers from a locator service and wants to serve me.  I have one opportunity to remedy this and to call 855-885-4875 with my case number.  I have been officially notified.

They did the same thing to me today, except I got six calls. Three of which were private caller and the other three were from 855-885-4875. I even got 2 msgs saying ...regarding case 259399. Steve Williams -  wants to verify all my info. To contact "The Firm" and I have officially been notified. The second msg states ..The investigation will process forward and is listed as incomplete. Good luck to you. What a bunch of a***s. Really? The lengths retards will go to try and get other peoples money because they are too damn lazy or stupid to get a real job.

i  got a call from katty  brroks she sounds like a man said she was going to come to my house and serve me i told her to come and serve me .. they are a bunch or scammers and i hope i cand find this katty brooks i serve my dick im her mouth!

i got a call from james starks some clown try to scare me and tell me i had charges against me i told him to suck my didck you f**got,,. hes a p**sy and i dare him to come and serve me... !!

Funny.  They did the same thing to me.  Called three times back to back and finally left a message.  Morons.

This outfit calls my home phone repeatedly. Today they call three times back-to-back and finally left a message on the answering machine. They addressed the name of a person that isn't me and I don't know who it is. Said that person was going to be served due to charges filed against them...wanted home and work address. They can't be serious. I could barely understand what she was saying. What a deal. Oh yeah, the caller ID said "Private caller". Ha. I don't answer calls like that anyway.

They call for my uncle asking for his last 4 digits of his SSN and date of birth.   They were saying something about a crime.   Anyone knows who they are?

Just called me and a "Bridget White" left a threatening voicemail on my cell phone.  Couldn't understand her and believe that the call is orignating out of Asia somewhere.  Said something about verifying my work etc.  Just crazy...I believe they attempted to call home phone as well.  Complaining to the FTC.

They have called my moms house last nite giving anyone who answers any information they have and im going to be served at home and or work and wherever else they can find me, then they called my uncles house threatening as well then they called my cell and apparently they left a message on the voicemail at my work . this is ridiculous and out of hand. does anyone have a number i can call to the FTC or wherever to try and get this crap to stop?

I have just recently started getting very threatening messages on my voice mail leaving this number as a call back and that the mssg states "let the call serve as my warning that I have been served."  I called the number back because I wanted to know what on earth was going on.... person answered and said I owed a payday loan and to pay them over 1k or I was going to court.  I did not have nor have had a payday loan but the person kept interrupting me with threats of court. the past 2 days the calls have been numerous times to my cell and also to a family member yet I have gotten nothing in the mail to the house I have lived at forever!

I have been getting calls from a Steve Williams from 855-885-4875 stating i will be served at work and at home, also to speak to management. I asked who the company was he said he was a private locator and i would have to call the number listed... He has called 5 times in the last 10 minutes on my work phone

They are just scammers trying to scare you. Report them to the FTC

got a call from Donna berk, threaten about papers to be service for a crime have no idea what this a bout it also is from a firm . i called back no answer its a scam .I called my lawyer and he said its a scam

Robert Paulson calls from a firm at 1-855-885-4875 and they threatened about a bill and say good luck-they are scammers.

A company called and I do not know who they are?  Does anyone out there know who this company is?
