Received a call from a process server saying he had a summons for me and to contact Delaware Solutions to stop it. Called them up and spoke with Mitch. Said I had an outstanding debt of 1,300 and I could settle it for 1,000 there and then. Asked him to send me a validation of the debt in the mail and he flat out refused until I said I wanted to settle the debt. Said he would get it in the mail and then wanted me to pay now. Told him I wanted to get the validation first to look over it and he got disgruntled with me. He told me since it was so outdated and it has been through so many creditors hands that he didn't need to send me validation. I asked for information of who the original creditor was and he told me they were handling it now and that if I didn't pay now I would be slapped with all sorts of court fees as well as the debt. So I asked for their attorney's name and liscense  number and he told me I'd find all that out the day of my hearing. I've also received calls from delaware and associates. I asked Mitch if they were affiliated with them and he kept saying no were delaware solutions. That wasn't what I asked. I also brought up the FDCPA at one point and he got nasty with me.

They are doing the same thing to me saying they are going to serve me with papers and contact the HR department of my employer for wage garnishment.

I just received a call on my Cell Phone. Number was blocked and then they called my house right after so I figure out who it was. They left a b***s*** message try to scare me LOL... Some Black chic who was probability reading a script and I could tell she wasn't good at trying to intimidate me. All you gotta do is never pick up there call's. after a week or 2 they will give up but try you again months later lol. If ya got balls like me I tell them off and mess with there heads. If you really piss them off harassing them back they give up and stop calling. Just be safe and record your calls like I do and some of these debt collectors say the wrong thing and I reverse the tables on them and tell them I can hold it against them in a court of law so they get scared and just STOP...

Dont let these bullies intimidate you! They try and scare people. They will even go as far to say you have a warrant and they will send you fake court papers stamped with a fake seal that shows it was "filed" with the courts. Its all BS attempts. Just ignore them. They can't do 1 thing to you.

Recieved an unknown call and voicemail advising me to call back because of fraud.

They call my cell number everyday and advise me I have four counts of fraud against me and I am going to be served by the Pasco Sheriff .

THESE PEOPLE CALL WEEKLY CANNOT LOCATE COMPANY
