Not capital one

Call comes through periodically, but I never pick it up and they never leave a message. It'd definitely not Capital One, they'd leave a message if it was an account related issue. They only seem to have my cell number, I never see this number in the history on my landline.

I just got a call from this# and SAME extension as mentioned by Lisa. They haven't called in over a year. Here we go again. I then called my bank (C.O.) and they are not affiliated with this company that has called me. I will not call them back...

DO NOT ANSWER, LIKE LISA SAID, BLOCK THEM!!! SCAMMERS SHOULD BE REPORTED!!!! (Which I'm doing after I post this)

I got the same call. Funny thing is they call from same number asked me to call back to ext. 2811063.  I called got voicemail i hung up.  I called Capital one and they said its a scam.  They also called from 866-958-8199 and 443-412-5933.  I blocked all numbers to i know they will call from another number,  Capital one says they are a scam...  download call blocker to your phone i did and it works...

A "negative" in a loan account means that they owe the customer money.

It's Capital One calling because you have a negative in your account and they want to collect.

When I get phone call from numbers  I do not know I
Google. Sure save me much trouble. If you have caller ID use It if not get it.

They are scammers!  Do not give them any personal info.  I called Capital One directly and they said they didn't call me.  They are being reported to their fraud dept.

These people called me and said it was important and regards to my credit card

 account. I gave them my social security number and other information but later

 called the bank itself and found out that it is not affiliated with them. I have since

 called the better business bureau, the FTC- Federal Trade Commission and reported

 them and TRANSUNION to put out a fraud alert! hopefully they will catch up to them

 before any damage is done to my credit. These people need to go to jail for life, they are big

 thieves and bottom feeding scum, preying on unsuspecting people who neither have the time nor

  energy to waste on this type of aggravation......

The people are scammers. If you've given them ANY info, you may want to call your actual bank/card company.

Capital One (this number, 855-944-1873) is the number capital one wanted me to use, to reach a collections officer, but they called from from the referred number below.

I call was placed at my place of employment from a woman who refused to leave any information with my co-worker besides this number. When the number is called, there's nothing but static.
