I got the same call today. I'm sorry but if they don't say what it's about I don't call them back. I had my daughter call the numbers from before and they were both busy, I think she tried several times and still nothing.  What gets me is that when I say I need to see the paper work they tell me that the judge will give them to me after I get arrested, what some jack***es. I don't want to call them back because I can't get a straight answer out of them and then I get upset bad. This Alex Belton told me that I am either avoiding him or I'm running away, well I haven't went anywhere since the first time this started.
Anyways this is all getting pretty old, getting threated to be arrested and nothing gets done.
They need to get a life and quit picking on the ones that is already struggling.

received a call from "kevin nash" who has threatened to contact me at home, work, and on my cell.  he does not say what company he is with but threatens legal action if not contacted withing 2 hours.

Consider maybe getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $60.00 or so.

Unwanted, threatening, and personally insulting phone calls and harassment from same foreign callers (mostly all male), using vulgar language, and also talking about having me or attorney call back.  For several days now.  When I call back it's either a phone number that doesn't work, a fast busy, or they answer and we get into an argument where they call me all kinds of names.  They are Indian sounding.  I need this stopped.  This is past the point of harassment. This is now a threat to my safety in my opinion.  They are also very anti-American.

I RECEIVE CALLS 5 TO 6 XS A DAY STATING THE SAME THING THAT OTHERS ARE SAYING. EXACTLY THE SAME THING. DON'T UNDERSTAND WHERE THIS IS COMING FROM! CRAZY STUFF. SOMEONE HAS TO BE ABLE TO STOP THIS! THE CALLS START AT 9:00 AM AND THEY GO ON UP UNTIL 10 PM! EVERY DAY OF THE WEEK!

Ive recived several threating calls from this # at work and on my cell # and that tomorrow moring i will be arrested.

I have also been receiving phone calls from this number...sometimes twice a day. I always let it go to voicemail and end up with messages telling me "good luck" if I don't return the call within 2 hours. I've never been given a name to the place he is calling from - go figure. "Normal" bill collectors will leave you the name of their employer and dont leve threatening messaged.  Think its time someone put a stop to this.

It is a scam.

I received a call from "Mike" from 856-210-2306 today, Apr 23, 2014, telling me that there is a "legal" matter against me & was I aware of it?  I hung up the call because I was afraid this was a scam.

You can report them to the FTC and FCC - their are forms on their websites.

That is not going to happen

I have also recieved several of these calls at home and at work. He says that if i don't reply within two hours the only thing he can do is wish me good luck. Also received them at my work and I luckily turned them over to our assest protection person and have. not heard from them again. They are very intimidating and harassing when they call over and over again. I wish someone could put a stop to them.

First call was from a 315 area code. This person has been calling 2 times a day. I answered this time. He says there has been a judgement filed against me.  He threatened to come to  my home and place of employment

Also received call similar to Jones on 3/23 - threatening to take "immediate action" at my home or place of employment.  I received the call at 1 PM yesterday and was given 2 hr to reply or "good luck" as the situation unfolds.  Obviously, nothing is happening.  But I will be reporting this to the FCC and checking out the phonehelp.com site.

Claims he needs to be contacted immediately by "my attorney", but does not say what it is concerning. Gave a deadline to contact him or action would be taken.  Verbiage sounds threatening.
