I receive calls from them almost daily for the last few months.  I don't answer and they never leave a message.  According to the reverse # finder it is Castle Windows.  I have never heard of them or Service Magic as I have seen listed in other posts. I have not been looking for new windows or home improvement of any kind, so no idea how they got my number or why they keep calling.  So much for being on a "do not call" list.

Got a call, no message left. I do not return no message calls...period. It is a window company for sure, online referral for a quote, but they opt to not leave a message and call often....

they have called at least twice on my cell phone. do not need, have not asked for their services; interupts me.

I cancelled my appt. w/Castle Windows. They still call 2-3 X every day. I had to block this #. But when I check my blocking device, they still call every day, even though they can't ring my phone. I smell a rat on this one; no reputable company harasses people to death!

They call everyday even after I have told them I have brand new anderson windows and I do not need their windows. Still the phone calls come in everyday. I am looking for a email and im telling them for the last time this is it.

Castle Windows. I called them back for a free estimate and they told me they could only do it if both me and my wife were both present for the salesperson to speak to. I told them that would be difficult and they said unfortunatley they could not help me.

Also signed up with service magic.  Since I signed up this morning, Castle has called me at least 4 or 5 times without leaving a message.  I do not answer the phone for unknown numbers and do not call back those who cannot at least have the courtesy to leave a message.   How rude!  I certainly will not be using their service.  So sorry I have used service magic.  To top it off, I only got 3 contractors recommended.  Hardly worth it!

Another disgruntled person. signed up with Service magic to get a door installed, wanted something reasonable, told the woman that. HD $450 door + $500 ish installation...was my price range, She insisted i sit through a 1.5 hr presentation i said no, she said yes we are cheaper. Salemen came, cheapest door was $1800. Enough said. STOP CALLING AND GO AWAY!

I'm having the same problem. I signed up through Service Magic over the weekend, and for the past five days, they have been calling without leaving messages 3-4 times per day, everyday. I don't believe in encouraging pests or aggressive sales tactics, so I've decided not do any favors by scheduling an estimate--I'm going with someone else. I just wish that they (and companies like them) could read this and take note!

i had some windows done by castle windows & i guess they're trying to drum up more business - called 3 times within 2 minutes, left no messages.  called shortly after the work was done a couple omonths ago.  same m o.

These people call me several times a day as well and never leave any messages.  The company is Castle Windows.  I had originally done an online quote through service master.com and had scheduled an appointment with Castle Windows, but after having two other appointments before theirs, I called to cancel that appointment and told them I was going to be using a different company.  Since then, they have called me two or three times a day and not left any messages.  I've tried to email the company and tell them AGAIN that I do not want to use their services and ask them to stop calling, but they just keep calling...

No clue who it is, because I don't answer them, but they call me several times a day.
