AAA is desperate to renew your membership. Quite annoying.

Constantly calls

AAA retention.  If you've ever had or recently canceled your subscription.  Pretty much any number starting with 856-778.  They're using an automated dialer (which why sometimes there's dead air when you answer the call)  I just get an app like MrNumber and block any call from 856778.  

Just received a call from this number.  Caller ID was "Phone Company"  The message left on my voicemail was static then a hang-up.  Thank goodness for caller ID.

This is third time this week I have recieved this call. I am a AAA member but I have only ever renewed on line or by mail. So the thought thtat they would call is odd. I just blocked the caller to be on the safe side. Suggest you all do the same

I get calls from this number about 3 times a week at very strange times. I picked up once to find no one. But once I picked up again to find no one. I am a mom and my kids ask me who this is but me nothing I can say about it. It is SPAM I guess but the fee may be high if you awnser.I never got fee.

Yeah they call every few days. Never leave a message very annoying.

I answered this number the second time they called. It is a company that has been outsourced by AAA to get people to renew their membership. They seemed a little shady but were able to give me the details of my AAA membership etc
I called AAA directly today to find out if the call was legitimate. AAA says that they do outsource the renewal calls and that it is legit.

It's a AAA Retention Center.  They call you once your membership either runs out or is close to running out.  They claimed that they were not a 3rd party call center hired by AAA to run a campaign, instead that they were bonafide AAA employees.  Who knows, pretty harmless either way.

These a***s have been calling me for over the year trying to make me get a membership with AAA. I have been asking them to stop calling me. My Phone is also in DO NOT CALL LIST. I have reported it multiple times. Like any government agencies nothing has happened. Another way to waist my Tax Money and offer no service.

Same here. Got a call from them, told me that they were part of AAA renewals and that my membership was expired. I said "Really? My card shows I don't expire until June 2011." They hung up. :P Obvious scam.

Called my cell phone. Heard noises in the background but no one said anything. Called back and got a busy signal.

Got a call from 856-778-9086, the person indicated that she was from AAA Renewals wanting to offer me a new membership for 13 months instead of 12. I never give my CC# out to people who call me (obviously) so I got a callback number (1-800-374-4847). Haven't been able to find any info on that number myself so far, but someone else on this site said it went back to a California Prison Visitor's line.

Calls me just about every morning somnetimes twice a day.  I answered it once but never again knowing how technology is today it could be some type of scam, like if I answer the call i can be charged some crazy amount just for answering/accepting it.

Calls from "the phone company" from the following numbers:
8567789178, 8567789086, 8567789093, on my elderly fathers caller ID.  Never let a message and called after 8 pm last night.  Tried to call the numbers back but it rings and rings.
