Since they can't be contacted- How do we stop these nuicense calls?

I've had this number call 3 times a day everyday. Even Sundays. When I answer I hear Guitar music and what seems to be a dial-up sound. I've stopped answering b/c i fear it may be someone trying to hack into my service. With my cell phone, I used to get calls from out of the country and when calling my provider it was ppl in other countries hacked into my service and were making calls using my account.
Don't know if this is the case here but when I call back the number I get a message that it is disconnect.
-Does anyone know how to get these ppl to stop.

Same thing as everyone else, but some of the calls come in the middle of the night. dings, then music, then hangs up.

Keep getting calls from New Jersey 856-867-0122, and there is no one there when I answer. Called the number and operator came on and announced that it is not a working number. I am getting several calls from various numbers thru the day, which are from "not working numbers." What can be done about this. It is most annoying.

Same issue as everyone else. This number keeps calling my house and all I hear is music in the background. I have the ability to block phone numbers through Comcast from contacting my home. I put their number on the list to stop the calls. It's harassment at this point as they are completing disregarding the do not call list that I am on. Ridiculous!

THIS NUMBER CALLS EVERYDAY AND ALLDAY WITH MUSIC THIS IS ANNOYING THE POLICE SHOULD LOCK THEM UP.

Received calls from this number for the last 5 DAYS. Called Verizon Fios they showed me how to block individual phone that are incoming. Positive Energy will receive a call from me tomorrow.

Third call with ding ding ding music; finally spoke this time and said he was from Positive Energy calling to save $$ on our Atlantic City Energy electric bill (NJ has a competitive electric market).  Filed complaint with FTC: https://complaints.donotcall.gov/complaint/complaintcheck.aspx?panel=2

Called my number over 7 times in the last 2 weeks.
I am on the useless do not call list.
It is a company called Positive Energy.
I asked why they keep calling and never speaking when
I answer, she had no answer.
I asked why they do not follow the do not call list and was told she  doesnt know.
There are so many listings here, why doesnt the goevernment folow
through?

This number has called for the last three days.  Usually three times a night.  Getting very annoying.
Someone should investigate and stop this nuisance caller.  (July 2012)

Every hour this 856-867-0122 call with music and hang up. Try call it back and operator come on saying call can not be completed. someone need to investigate.

Calls all the time.  Has woken my baby up on several occasions.  I wish it would stop.  Does anyone have a number for this company?

These people call every day....starts with music...then nothing....so annoying...Now when I see the number I will not pick up....but it is so disturbing....

I also heard a chiming sound after I answered but then someone eventually did come on the line. They are competing with Atlantic City Electric and want our business. At least that is what I got from the first few seconds of her shpeal. I could be a scam but I didn't hear it out long enough to figure it out.

Being annoyed by this number.  Answer and music plays then disconnected.  4 calls in two days.  PLease stop!

Heard a little "ding, ding, ding ding" music riff and then silence.

Rec'd two calls from this number, about 1 hr apart.  Upon answering, music begins playing and then I get disconnected.  Another nuisance call, I'm thinking, although it's kind of a strange scenario.
