They called and were hard to hear with an echo as if they were calling from overseas on a bad line. The Asian sounding woman asked for me by full name and then asked if I was the <my full name> who works for Prologis. I said no and they said 'Oh Sorry' and hung up. I tried calling the number back and got the disconnected message "The number that you have dialed is unallocated".

I saw that it is a cell phone too. It is allocated to Boston, MA and the person on the phone said that he is a sales rep for Sophos (located in Burlington, MA). That seemed to roughly checkout. I tried to dial the number back, but got "The number that you have dialed is unallocated".

Callled for the last two days and will not be transfered to voicemail or leave a message Asian woman. But when I looked the number up on whitepages it says it's a cell phone.

Just received a call from this number, the guy calling had a very heavy Asian accent but he asked for me, but called me to my direct line at the office. He was looking for a person with my first and last name, but working in another company. This is very strange, i am puzzled and don't know what to think.

I also work in IT and received a call from this number today. I think they may just be trying to verify names<->numbers and then building a list of leads to sell as "verified" (more valuable).
The reason I believe this is because they hung up on me immediately after confirming my full name.
