Now they call up to 4 times a day. What an annoyance!

They call every evening or 2 at around 7:30.  When I ask them to remove our number from their list, they hang up. We are listed on the do not call list, so they are in violation of federal law.

We can all send you a truckload of soggy handkerchiefs soaked in the scum of the earth scent that you can cry your pathetic little beady eyes in!

As to being civil to you... try the other way around first! Stop violating the NDNC laws and stop calling us when none of us wants your foul "business" and then we'll all consider being civil towards you!

Until then go cry in your spilled beer or whatever alcohol based drink you imbibe!  Otherwise forget it!

Give us one good reason we should be the LEAST bit civil to criminals that call people on the DNC? You NEVER listen so why should we listen to you?!

Are they civil to US? NO!!

Most of the callers make no attempt to check the DNC for our status, so WHU should I waste my breath in being civil?

Why should anyone be civil when you knowingly break the DNC laws?  If you came here looking for sympathy, you will get none! Better to wash dishes then work in call center..

I feel for your frustration but I wish you would remember that these calls are coming from minimally paid employees who are just trying to make ends meet.  I had the unhappy experience of doing telephone political surveys at one low point in my life and it hurt my feelings to be insulted or hung up on. I don't know who invented telemarketing but you can be sure it's not the callers who are profiting. If you can, please be civil.

been calling my house twice a day for weeks.  Never leave a message.

Keeps calling day and night.  Caller ID is Gordon S.  Never left messages.  Now blocking.

They call every evening, leave a short unidentifiable sound on the answering machine, and hang up. I just don't answer. It's great to have caller I.D.!

Called just now - picked up.  Silence on the other end.  Hung up.  Won't pick up again.

This shameless company, agency, telemarketers or whatever they are calls every day.  Thank God for caller's ID.  

Don't really care if I agree with whomever their "whiner of the week is".  I don't contribute to faceless drones.  They can all hang up & die.

Christopher Saridakis, 45, who had led the marketing solutions division of GSI Commerce Inc, pleaded guilty to one count of securities fraud for his involvement. Federal prosecutors in Philadelphia charged Saridakis, who led the marketing solutions division of GSI Commerce Inc, in a so-called criminal information with securities fraud for leaking material nonpublic information in March 2011 about eBay's plan to buy his company.

Thanks for the information.  This company represents everything and everyone I am against.

Got a call from 858-496-2107 and it showed GSI on caller id.....it went to the answering machine but they did not leave a message. I am on the Do Not Call List but I am so thankful for caller id. It is tiring to get all these calls that I have not requested any information nor do I want to hear from them. My heart goes out to those without caller id.....

I just got a call which I will add to my block list.  I will now get no ring but will get a list of blocked calls on my phone.
I have the Panasonic cordless telephone  Model kx-tg6842b (2 handsets)
You can block 250 numbers plus kill the one ring that existed on earlier models that only allowed 30 blocked numbers.  If other phone models are connected you will still get the first ring on them.
The one handset model sells for $70 at Amazon.

They have called twice in the last two days.  I didn't answer the calls.  

There is some confusion here.  This pest is GSI Telemarketing a/k/a GSI, Inc.  (Gordon and Schwenkmeyer, Inc), which has calling centers in Sacramento and San Diego.  See below for details.  This company has nothing to do with the eBay company, eBay Enterprise, Inc., formerly known as GSI Commerce (originally Global Sports Incorporated), which is located in King of Prussia, PA.

GSI has been calling here once a day every business day for the last two weeks, no message ever left.  Report to FTC and FCC pending.

I think that Charities like this one use the Do Not Call list as a personal phone book.  Very annoying.  That has been the down side of the list.    "Even if your number is registered, some organizations may still call you, such as charities, political organizations, and telephone surveyors. "
I've asked them to stop calling...we'll see if they actually stop.
