A Audrey Stanford using phone number 8585368007 called my ex-husband,( ex of nineteen years), asking to contact me.

i got a call from 858-536-8007.  she said she was audrey stanford.  she said she was trying to reach my neighbor but couldn't get through to them.  she asked if i would mind putting a note on their door to call her back at 858-577-3652.  i called the number back and the gentleman answered as d & c services.  my buddy called them back and she said she was from g.c. limited partnership.  she claims not to be a collection agency.

This Audrey spoke with my daughter in a rude and nasty way.
I called and spoke with a Mr.Martinez about the rude call of one Audrey. I do not owe this creditor or its associates nothing...Never have. I was given the email of the Supervisor to make a complaint.

Contact Joe at 858-577-3603.  He likes men, woman, children of all ages, all sizes. Ha ha, just kidding but seriously this dudes a bully. Harrass his stupid a** back.  block your number (*67) and repeat call him.  Let him see how annoying it is!  Fill up his voicemail, call and hang up, call whenever you can, from wherevr you can.  payphones, friends houses, etc...  Ohhh poor Joe.

That Audrey Stanford called my ex husband from 17 years ago ~ like we'd still be buddies or something! I live in another state from him and there's a reason for that ~ he was abusive! He got his daughter to contact me on myspace and say it was very important for me to call her. I was concerned, so I did, only it was my ex who answered. Nothing like getting some more abuse 17 years later! He insisted this lady was looking for me, but I don't know her and she gave him information that sounds like she was looking for someone else with my name! He wouldn't believe that I didn't know what he was talking about. Nothing like stirring up trouble and getting him onto me! The number she called from was (858)577-3661. Wish someone would kick her a**. Being a debt collector is one thing ~ going about it unprofessionally is another!!

One of my neighbors came to my door and said Audrey Sanford was trying to find us and that we would know her.  She has also called several of my family members stating that they were used as references for some sort of application, which is a lie.  She said there was some sort of claim and she needs to speak to me, They are Empire Collection out of San Diego.

These people are trying to reach my neighbor and are having no luck so they have started to call or home and harass me into giving my neighbor messages for them.  I told the man on the phone I was not a message carrier and he tried harder to get me to do their job!
I told them if they needed to contact someone they should send a certified letter or hire someone but to STOP bothering me!
This was the second call I received from them

These clowns called me twice in five minutes. First time (000)000-0000 came up on my caller ID and they asked for some girl I never heard of. I hung up and my phone rang 30 seconds later with the number (858)536-8007. This time it sounded like a different female on the other end but they asked for the same person I just told them I didn't know.

Received a call today and she asked for people with the same last name as mine, but first names I've never heard of.  Probably a collection agency "fishing" for a relative of a debtor.

Like others before me we found a note that our neighber stuck on our door to call "Bill" at 858-577-3660.  Today I called the number and a "Donnie" answered, I gave them my name and hung up.  I then received a call from a "William" gave me his last name as Charter.  He claimed to be a a collector as "G.C. Serivces for Citibusiness.  After a very harrasing conversation I finally hung up.  My caller id from this person is 858-536-8007.  Is there anything we can do to stop this harrasment?

My call was different.  At first I thought it was a friend that I haven't heard from in months.  The lady said to give her a call back cause she hasn't talked to me in a while.  When I didn't recognize the number I looked it up on the internet.  Seems like this company has all kinds of stories to tell.  Too bad we can't have private numbers on the cell as well as at home.  Wonder if it some sort of a scam.

IF they call you report them to the FEDERAL Trade Commission and the better business bureau. They are a law breaking collectors.

I got a message left on my door from someone, maybe a neighbor, they taped it to the door to call someone named Cyndi at 858-577-3607.  I feel that this is completely illegal, trepassing, and an invasion of privacy.  I will not call this number, has anyone figured out what agency this is?

Got a call from lady who obviously got my name & number from the white pages - She identified herself as Audrey asking if I could do her a favor and contact a neighbor (who I don't know) and give them her phone number... The number she gave (858-577-3649) didn't match her caller ID (858-536-8007).  It sounded like a collections call so I asked what this was regarding and she said she was returning my neighbor's call.  Of course I'm not about to bother my neighbor with this and won't be answering any more calls from these numbers.

Same as y'all, I just got a phone call asking if I was who I am (correctly identifying me more or less per my phonebook listing), and giving me the names of across-the-street neighbors.  Claimed to be a "friend" trying to get in touch, no answers to phone calls, would I please leave them a note.  I said, you have the address, are you using the mail?  They said yes, but never got a response.  I said, "If the letters aren't being returned to you, they're presumably getting them and choosing not to answer; no point my putting a note in their box."  Caller hung up.  I did a *69 to trace the call, and look at what they turn out to be!

I'm really glad I found this forum. Yes, I had similar experience from this "not so bright" lady name Audrey from this number. I was really amazed how rude she really was. I meant, I know the guy that they were looking for and I might be able help. But, she treated me as I was the bad guy.

I am really sorry for her not being able to think straight. She should be kissing our "@$$" to get to help her finding the people she was looking. Be as polite as she could be. Well, I dont blame her. If she was smart, she might not be doing this job harrasing people.

Lastly, I feel sorry for her employer (GC Service). Her attitude is a straight reflection on the company she represents. I guess they're not as bright as well. Why would they employ somebody that rude to be in their team. She's costing her company money. If I were the company that looks for a collection agency. I wouldnt give my business to them knowing how poor their performance is.

I received a call this morning by a woman who didn't identify herself but wanted to know if I knew a neighbor of mine, who she refereed to by name. When I said I didn't know them she hesitated for a moment and asked if I was sure, I said of course I'm sure and asked who I was speaking with, at that she simply hung up.
I probably would have just dismissed the call without a second though but then I remembered my wife telling me she got a strange call about a week ago from someone who called her by name; said she was a friend of this same neighbor and wanted my wife to leave a note on their front door. When my wife question the woman she was simply said she was just an old friend and abruptly hung up. I don't know why they called us and have no idea how they got my number, but it sounds a little creepy. My guess is it's probably a collection agency trying to make contact with this neighbor, but it would seem to me their methods are a bit dubious, if not outright illegal.

I have received several calls from this # asking to speak with my father-in-law, not sure how they got my cell #. I dont have any contact with my in laws. Makes no sense why they are calling me at my cell #...

Got a call from a very rude woman on this number asking for someone I've never heard of. She refused to believe that they didn't live at my house and she gave me my name and address which was a little creepy. She hung up so I called back and complained...the lady I spoke to was very nice and told me she would remove my number from their list....though she wouldn't tell me what kind of company it was.

They called my place of business asking for someone who has never worked here before and when i said there was no one here by that name, he hung up didnt say a word to me. So, i called back and told them it was crazy they call and dont respond and that there is no one here by that name and they put me on the do not call list. Hopefully thats the end of it.

collection agency.  I never answer when they call.  I suggest you don't answer it either.  They can't go forward with their headtrips if you don't participate.

When I called back she immediately responded with G.C. Associates or Service. I think they are a collections company to but I hung up n put myself on the do not call list to see if it would help at all. 888-382-1222

I also labeled it under a Dont Answer Id and didnt give it a ringer/alert tone.
