Received four calls over 2 weeks, finally Googled to figure out. I answer and there is silence on the other end.

It is a San Diego school board member "urging you to vote for Scott Barnett".

Just got a second call in two days. Some type of election campaign.

I've received calls from 858-586-9584 three times with no one on the other line.  This time I didn't reply and just waited.  I received a campaign message on behalf of Scott Burnett who is evidently running for the school board.  I hope this will end the calls since I consider recorded calls like this to be a real intrusion........I will not be voting for him.

Just got hit up a few mins ago by this number.  This is the third time in about a week I've gotten a call from this number.  All at about the same time. Upon answering I hear someone for a beat then they hang up.

i haven't lived in san diego for over a year, but somehow i've just recently been receiving calls from this number. wtf??

Same here. I get the calls from this number mid-day on weekdays, once or twice a week, for the past several weeks. It always is a dead line when I answer; it doesn't leave a message for me when I don't.

Same here, I've been getting a call from that number also.  I called it back and got the message that this number is no longer in service.  Strange.................

The caller is from Scott Barnet's office, who is apparently trying to solict votes for his upcoming election for Unified School District Member, District C.

F this guy, why do I have to pay money to listen to a voicemail that was left on my cell unsolicited.

Please do not vote for someone that resorts to having a computer call every number in CA, obviously they do not care or they would in person.

i just got one too. picked up, no answer. i got a missed call from the same number a few days ago too.

Just got the same call from this number....no one was there.  When I returned the call if too said "disconnected or no longer in  service"   Whats up with this?
