It is Time Warner. I'm in Southeast Texas.

I'm in Southeast Texas. Called the number back and it is Time Warner.  I already have all the services I need from them.  I'm sure the cost of these calls is passed along in its billing.

When I have answered the call - there is no one there.  I've tried waiting and no response.  I have not cancelled my service with TWC, so it is not related to that.  Maybe solicitation for increasing service?

This number calls me several times every day. I never answer. I need to block it somehow.

Its Time Warner as mentioned. We switched to U-verse because of the repeated calls.  Glad we did...its cheaper, faster, better remote features, and our internet speed is much better. No I don't work for AT&T.  Believe me I would do the same if any company called every couple of days and left no message.

I have been receiving phone calls from this number at all hours of the day and night for almost a month now. I called back and actually got through to a human voice, who proceeded to try and offer me more services from TWC at a cheaper price than what I am paying now.

I blew her off and hung up. I called the local TWC number and they blocked all other numbers associated with TWC from calling me. This number is a valid number, but it is in San Diego, CA., so they should not be calling.

So much for the DNC list (which I am on)...it is worthless. Also, I was advised to call my cell phone provider and have them block this particular number.

Hope this helps anyone out with this problem.

A lady from time warner left a message. All i understood was the time warner part because the idiot was yawning through most of it.

I received a call the other day, and surprised the girl that did answer, I heard a very specific beep that sounded really familiar.  I asked her if she was using vicidial, which caught her off guard, she answered yes.  I then explained myself... I work in the telecom field and one of our clients uses this system! So I'm very familiar with the system making these calls.  Ask to be dispositioned as DNC.  If the admin has the system configured correctly, this puts your number in a system wide mysql database of numbers NOT to call.  If you still get calls from them, the sys admin either doesn't care that he/she is breaking the law, or doesn't know what he/she is doing and they need to find another admin.

I have received several calls from these marketers during the past two or three weeks. NEVER a single person says anything, I simply get a few beeps. I understand this is Time Warner, but again no one ever says a word. This is really aggravating!

I've been getting these calls for a few months. They don't leave a message. I may have caught them by surprise when i called back today and heard talking in the background. Someone finally said hello and acted like she had no idea what to say. I asked why they keep calling me and she couldn't think of anything and kind of mumbled. I asked to talk to a manager and of course she put me on hold and no one ever came back. This is some b***s***. I'm a current customer and nothing is past due.

Received a call moments ago from this number. Saturday Dec 17th, 2011, at about 10:44 CT. TWC soliciting.

Time-Warner Cable calling to up-sell me.

I have been receiving calls from this number for the past 3 weeks or so. I have not answered and searched to find out who it was. I see everyone who has been getting calls has cancelled their service with TWC but I have not cancelled so I wonder why they are calling me.

I just called Time Warner regarding my service and cancelled my HBO subscription, but still have service. The rep told me that I may receive a call later which is a survey on the rep's service that was provided to me during my call. I believe that's what this call was. This would also explain why both people who cancelled service and who still retain service received these calls. Their survey system is probably messed up for those who don't hear anything on the other end.

Just received a hang-up with two beeps. I live in Plano, TX and have TWC service now. The Caller-ID located the call coming from California.

I got a call from them, No message left, service still with Time Warner.. so wiered that all ya'll said  you cancelled and then got them. I have not cancelled and bill is only 1 month behind.. so maybe collections.
Anyhow just letting ya'll know.

I, too, received a call today from this number, but I didn't pick up the call.  Glad I didn't.  Unlike others, I have not cancelled service from Time Warner; but, they sent me a flier last week asking me to spend $10 more dollars a month for a higher-speed Internet connection.  So, I guess they are calling to ask me to spend even more money with their company!

Got a call from this number, didn't leave a message. I have TWC but haven't had any issues lately.

They've been calling all week, no message -- caller ID just says "California."  I'm blocking the number now.

TWC must be getting desperate.  We cancelled service with them about two years ago.

If you have call block on your phone....good news. I was able to add this number to call block service.

Got a call from them today and did not answer. Googled this number and saw all the results are concerning TWC. I DO NOT HAVE TWC NOR HAVE I EVER CANCELLED WITH THEM!!!! What do you think? The caller ID said CALIFORNIA.

Time Warner-- said they are calling to offer a promotion in my area when their service is not even available in my area

I have been getting calls from this number for the past two weeks - about 2-3 per day. I was never a Time Warner client, but I did own stock in the company which I dumped several weeks back. I, too, shall never do business with this annoying firm again.

They keep calling me and it's time warner cable. Like the other forum members, they started calling after I canceled my service with them. They call and they say nothing. When I try to call back, no one answers or it gets disconnected. And when I miss the phone call, they leave no message. I really hate this.
