I too got an unsolicited text message from 1-858-699-4068. This is what is referred to as a "smishing" scam (like phishing is via email) due to it being an SMS text. It is definitely not associated with Wal-Mart. More information can be found here: http://www.walmartstores.com/PrivacySecurity/9620.aspx
