Two things you can do:

1) Report the calls to the FCC here: https://esupport.fcc.gov/form1088/consumer.do  The FCC enforces the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA); the TCPA forbids both unauthorized prerecorded telemarketing calls to residential land lines and autodialer (predictive) calls to cellphones.

2) Sue 'em. Whether you received only one illegal call or multiple calls, the TCPA gives you the right to sue for damages to the tune of $500 per call. You can file suit yourself (usually in small claims court) or retain a consumer law attorney who will take care of it on your behalf. Many times, by the way, the telemarketer settles out of court.

Got a call about extending my vehicles warranty (for about the 50th time), it was a recording, I pressed the # for a live person, asked what company this was and they hung up.  When I call back I get a fast busy signal.
