they keep calling & a young family member let them into p/c, i don't understand how the got control of it through the phone, any how i took to repair shop & of coarse there were over 200$ in repair he said dell covered hard drive replacement, do i trust repair shop? not sure now a days  

On May 19, I received a call from above number & there was no one on other line.  About an hr later, same call, only this time this man had a very thick Middle East accent.  When I repeated twice I couldn't understand him he started shouting "he's from Tech Support" or "Microsoft Tech Support."  I told him he was a scam and that I was reporting him to FTC.  The other end went silent.

Have received calls from this # and unknown as well as 000-000-0000
they claim to be from microsoft stating errors with my computer. I have spoken to microsoft, sheriff department have asked to file report with FTC
at one point in time they stated he was al Qaeda and they wanted money for bombs.

Got a call from this number today.  There was no one on the other end.

I think this was the same number that called on Sunday, a guy with an almost incomprehensible India accent, representing himself as calling from "Microsoft Technical Support" or some such.

Got 3 calls so far from this number in the past 3 days. They call and hang up. Had an eerie feeling that they were trying to get my personal info or access iphone. Checked this site and am hearing stories to back up my intuition. Please make these guys stop.

Got called twice by this number I asked him how he got my number and he replied I hacked your computer and hung up on me!

I called the number back and it says "we're sorry, your call can not be completed at this time.  Please call again later"

They said they were from windows & needed access too my p/c because they were receiving errors & needed to fix, what a idiot I was too let em in

Oh my god! They have called 12+ times despite me calling him out on not being from Windows.

I keep getting calls from this number and there is a recording asking if I will accept the charges (like a collect call).  There is a mans voice that says hey or yo and then it disconnects.  Needless to say, I haven't accepted the charges.

This number has called 5 times today.  I called backed after 5th call. And of course. No one answers.

How do I stop them from calling... how do they get the numbers?

these guys have called me relentlessly for 3 days. I answer and tell them to not call me again.  Their accents are so heavy, the first few times I couldn't even understand what they were saying.  I have blocked them from my cell.  Hopefully i will not hear from them again.

Me too. I got 2 calls from this number today.  A friend of mine who does class actions says each call is worth $ in a lawsuit.  I am the plaintiff for one case against a California company.  The case is worth up to $1,000 for me as the plaintiff.  This call is possibly worth $1,000.  The value depends on whether these are solvent companies or just a leased office with phone lines.  There is no way to know that before filing the lawsuit.

He asked me to get him more plaintiffs if I know any.
And he covers all the expenses.

They have called me 9 times today and the one time I did call he said he was from a computer company and asked about my computer I told him I do not have one I use my phone hes said dont lie to me so I told him to stop calling and hung up on him and now he wont stop calling me

Somebody cold calls and tells you have something on your computer is a scam to get access to your computer! Better check it alright. The only persons who should be touching your computer is you, your manufacturer, Real Windows support that you have called and/or maybe a real live tech you see face to face!

That variant was just good timing on their part.  They are an obnoxious company, do some research, because they are generally full of s***, they are rude, and today alone (not counting every day before today) they have called and harassed me from KY to CA 5 times  SERIOUSLY?................If you do your research you'll ask them to stop calling you.

We had a variant of the Cryptolocker virus but got everything recovered; they have asked if we knew we had a virus.  Better check your computers out.....

Has called me like 4 times today. Left a 30 second voicemail saying hello, hello, hello.
