Citi Cards for a card from Zales that they service. True call, not them harassing me for no reason. Just remember to check your store credit cards, you very well might have one serviced by them and don't know it.

I have no idea why these people call. I get one call a day. I answered once and they were looking someone else. I told them I do not know who they were looking for. They started asking me questions I told them I would not give them any info at all. Now they call once a day I work for a lawyers office we are tracking every call that comes in and we will start the process  for filing papers and then they can come to court and answer for all these calls. I received a call on a Sunday........very interesting. I do not care who they are but when they break the law. It is time to bring them to justice. They have proper was to process these collections. And when they fail to follow the law. We will make them follow the law.  

Use call blocker..... do not listen to their BS they keep calling my number looking for some one I have told them like 20 times that I do not know who they are looking for. They need to just fill papers on this person and go after them that way and leave everyone else alone. Even if I knew who they were looking for. I would not tell them how to get a hold of them. I helped one of these people once and they just keep calling looking for the same person. So now I am at war with this shady collectors..... they will get no info from me at all.

I added their number to mr blocker.... works great just block them. They call and won't leave a message so I won't. Answer them I do not answer any number that does not leave me a message.

Have never done business with CITI BANK~ # 859 283-8071 & never will. Have reported them to Do Not Call Government Agency & hope others will follow suit. The people that make these harassing calls are the lowest form of "human" beings.

Another attempt by some caller to pry information.

This number, to the best of my knowledge, is debt collection for CitiBank.  I got so many calls from this number I had to disconnect my cell phone.  I currently have no phone of my own.

CitiBank must have done research into all my family members in the area.  They found my elderly Mother's cellphone number and called.  When the call came in, my family was caring for my Father who was on his death bed.  My Mother gave me the phone and there they were trying to collect a debt using a phone number that had nothing to do with my account, and that I had never given them or used with them.

I told the CitiBank operator that this was NOT my personal number.  I told her I was taking care of a terminally ill patient and that the phone line had to remain open for calls from our doctors and hospice.  I told her she was NEVER to call for me on that number again.

Well, the calls kept coming.  RELENTLESSLY.

CITIBANK IS EVIL.

Hopefully everyone will register a complaint with Do Not Call Registry at (888) 382-1222. It only takes a minute & maybe if enough of us register a complaint, these parasites will at least call the correct phone numbers. I have never done business with CitiBank, nor will I ever after these errant, harassing phone calls.

So for 2 years now i have gotten calls from these people off and on. Some girl named Jenifer keeps giving them my phone #. They call day and night. And last time I tried to call back it asked for a cc #which I don't have and never had and if you try to just get to an operator it hangs up on you. This time I looked up the phone number on this web sight and someone else had this # 18009505114 that goes to their customer service line. I talked to the customer service representative and told her my situation and she tried to tell me that they could only look up my info via a cc # or my social security #. I told her no and asked for a manager. So the manager came on and once again I explained myself. Thankfully she went in and took my number out of their system. I was told that it will be updated by midnight tonight... so she will see. If now I will be threatening a harassment suit because I have no businesses with them. And I will post back up here if they continue. Like I said earlier this has happened more than once the in 2 years and they keep getting my #looking for someone else.

I've worked for this company from the Florence site. This is not a Scam number.
I was in the Collections department so let me explain.
1. It is in Kentucky, Not India. Citi believes in Diversity so you may speak to people whom have an accent.
2. The collections department does not leave messages before a certain time.
3. They are able to call you on every # they have listed on an acct up to 6 (if I remember correctly) times a day .
4. When you pick up and noone answers , its they're automated dialer. Yes , its an inconvenice and they were working on it when I left.

Helpful hints
*If you tell them they have the wrong number , they may ask you to verify the last 4 digits of the number, once you do, the number will be removed , it may take up to 48 hrs.
* If you do have an acct, but are nervous about it being a Scam , after you have verified your name , ask the rrep to go over some of your recent charges to ensure they match up.

Please keep in mind A lot of these people get screamed at on the daily bases or get told heart breaking stories and they're just doing they're job to feed their families.

Every hour, I get a call from these people.

Was called by them twice and left no message. Called back and the recording said it was Citicards and something with AT&T, two companies I have no affiliation with. This has scam written all over it.

4 years of this b***s*** scammer. The calls don't stop. They call every morning at 8 am, then several times throughout the day. How are they still operating? FBI can't do anything? WTF!!!

It is CITI... in my case the mortgage branch.  Citimortgage has TERRIBLE customer service,  I had a problem and it took 3 calls, 3 letters and 6 months to get half an answer so I could figure out the problem on my own.  Working on getting a refinance somewhere else.  The is a recording.  A live person only comes on if they recognize a live voice has picked up the phone.

I called back this number and it's recorded message saying:" welcome to Citibank cards" please type your 16 digit account number". The thing is I don't have a Citibank card!

got a couple of those calls today on my cell phone. I too am on a due not call list.
I don't answer them.

I called it back, it is a Citibank recording. I can't have a late payment if I don't have an account with them. Most likely a scam.

I called the number back and it sounded like Citibank but based on calls I have received previously, I was suspicious. I emailed Citibank. This was their response:

I get calls from this number several times a day, yesterday they called me every hour, today every 1/2 an our. I do not know anybody in Kentucky. They never live a message unless they can talk to me, and I will not answer to a number coming from a state where I know nobody. Best thing to do, I just blocked this number.

Got several missed calls with no message. So I called back to say that if they ever call again I will report to the attorney generals office for harassment and fraud. The message I got said it was the collection company for Citi bank and AT&T; neither of which I have an account with or have ever had an account with. The message said I had to enter my account number to talk to someone, so I said I didn't have an account number it said i was being transferred and then they hung up on me! I figure they already have my number so I sent a text message to the number saying "Dont call again or I will report this number and company to every authority  can think of". Even if you owe a debt collector, if you tell them in writing not to call anymore, they are  not supposed to ever call again.

Citibank - I don't have card w/ them.  They said member of family? They said computer glitch if me or family member had no card and will delete my number.

Stop calling me.

I agree because I got this call with no message 2 times today and I do not have a Citibank card at all.
