they say they are CITI Mortgage but they are not....these scammers took down all my financial information They have all my history and are trying to steal money from my accounts

Then you need to contact the attorney and pursue it.. a cease & desist letter should have been sent via the US mail, and if it was, then you need to pursue them violating it.

I lost my home to for closer and they  call 6-7 times a day I spoke to the layer that handle it they said they would take care of it that did not work

Yep - these guys were calling me 2x a day a few months ago so I called the number back  that they wanted you to call and told the nice lady that we dont have a Citi Mortgage. She said she'd remove us but it would take a day and she was right calls stopped.  Now a few months later.... they are back.... uuuuuuuggg.  I DONT HAVE A CITI MORTGAGE. WTF!!!!

I am sick and tired of being harassed over and over again up to 5 times daily from this number.  The harassment needs to STOP.

Great secret to share, GET SKYPE, rear end CHEAP, phone number, unlimited US/Canada calling will run you about $26.22 for THREE MONTHS and bill collectors, telemarketers WILL NOT leave you messages most of the time and when they do, you just ignore them.  THEY WON'T HAVE YOUR HOME OR CELL NUMBERS to harass you with.  You simply delete them from your individual profiles and input your SKYPE number, they can't tell the difference. : )

They say they are Citi Bank and want to discuss your account. We've never had an account with them. They also use other phone numbers.

they're keep calling.. I don't know them ...make me so sick

my house in in preforeclosure and I told  citi to foreclose already, they still send me letters and call
and I keep telling them to foreclose as I dont want to be underwater with a mortg for the next 10 years +.
they take years to foreclose so that they can keep it off their balance sheet and prop their stock up.
watch what happens to citi stock in 2014 when they will be forced to foreclose on homes that have been in pre foreclosure for the past 3 years.  everytime u speak to a rep there, its as if its the first time and u have to tell them the whole thing, over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over.......

They are calling a general work number and there is no one here who has a mortgage with them! Idiots.

These people keep calling our computer/home phone number. This is a private unlisted number. They start calling at 7 am and don't stop until 9 pm six days a week including holidays. This is BS!!!!!!!

Citi mortgage collectors. Jokes on them this time - my payment is late because I just sent in the entire amount to payoff the whole d***n thing. They can kiss it. They've been a thieving, crooked, horrible company to work with. Charged me $25 just to send me a fax with a payoff quote. That's ridiculously excessive. I am so glad this loan is now paid OFF!!

This number calls me wide range of times, 108am, 119am, 141am, and once at 737pm. They need to research numbers and realize I am overseas with American phone number. Have reported them to FCC twice now and about to file third FCC REPORT
