The recording is telling me they are Revenue Enforcement Agency. Sounds like a collection agency to me.

calls and doesnt leave a msg. shen i call it back i cant get ahold of anyone. Deep accented recording says NRC but idk what NRC is...looked it up it's showing richmond, KY. idk anyone there either
