this number is a hoax i have got the same call from six different numbers if you press one it takes you to a human operator and they say you have won 1000 dollars and need your banking information so they can put the money in your  account it is a scam. if anyone knows how to block it please post what you need to do I do not want to have to get a new number

Just got the call 2:35pm. I kind of understand Spanish- so I pressed one as they told me to. Then nothing.... then it hung up. I hope I didn't agree to something by pressing one...I called back and got a busy signal.

Got a call from this number a few minutes ago. I don't speak much spanish, but it sounded like they said to press one. I have my phone on the Do Not Call list. How annoying!

I have had this number call me numerous times. I didnt answer and they left a voicemail, all in spanish.

Someone calls me on my cell from 8596718989 and does not speak.  I have had numerous calls from this number. They never speak so last evening a call came in and they did not speak so I sang the song
"Ten Little Indians" to the phone and I'm a terrible singer!

I answered and they said that I won $2000 and wanted my credit card but when I asked why do they need my credit card they called me names and hang up.

Received a call from this number around 11:13 EST 01/06/2011.  Did not answer and a message was not left

Receiving calls from this number 859-671-8989 about twice per week.  Spanish speaking voice on line.  I do not speak Spanish.  She does not listen to me when I try explaining not to call.  It might be a recording can't tell they only continue to talk in Spanish.  Finally I hang-up.

i received a call from this number on my iPhone on Tuesday the 4th at 9:49am.   i did not answer, when i called back i got a busy signal.      

stupid Mexicans,. they are ruining this country.

Got a call from this number. Immediately filed a complain with the FCC.

Had a missed call from this number too.  Weird.

called both my cell and my son's within a few moments of each other--didn't recognize the number and let it go. Appears from the other posts to be a nuisance caller

So many comments, I would suspect this is simply auto dialing numbers rather than using a cellphone list. Just ignore it, no need to get angry or upset.

I got this call around 9:45 central time I said hello and a Spanish speaking woman starting talking I hung up, yep its a scam I hope I don't get charged for that.

Jan 6. just got a call-same thing background noise spinach speaker. Annoying.

Received a call from this number I am on the do not call registry and I am receiving these freaking calls. I am going to report it.

this is the second time I've had a call from this #.  
It sounds like a business as this time there was a cashrgister ring up of some sort
and then a person came on the phone speaking spanish. I do not speak spanish and they just
put the phone down or something as it did not disconnect just silent.  I hung up.

Just got the call too. iPhone here. It may be a number verification robo call - not a real scam.

There are robo calls that just verify it is a real number.

This number called me in the afternoon but I didn't answer it since I did not recognize the number. I'm guessing it's one of those spam calls.

hey who cares if it is spanish you idiot. people can talk how they wish you dumd redneck hick.  anyway ,i am on a iphone with a number i just got and got this call earlier today.called back and its busy. only place right off i gave my number to was google gmail to validate my gmail account.maybe they are bruteforcing numbers like old wardialers as it would be very easy and free.

Phone # 859-671-8989. Looks like spam call in spanish. They've called my cell phone about 5 times now. I never answer this spam call. I need to get another phone that I can block #'s on.

It seems the same number called everyone and their brother on the 5th.
I got one too and ignored it because I don't know anyone from Kentucky. Glad I didn't.

Its a school day and i randomly get a call from this # and this spanish speaking lady is talking to me really fast. I kno a bit of spanish and i heard her asking my name . i said "sorry, no hablar espanol" and hung up. WHO IS CALLING ME!?!?!
