Caller ID said "out of area" called 10/11 1pm - did not leave message on machine.....these type of calls are Very ANNOYING!

This clown is rude and calls at least twice a year, "claiming" to raise money for the police union, or some crap like that. He calls you buddy, like you're his friend. I have told him before NOT to call here but he refuses to listen.

I did not answer a call from this phone number August 16 at 1:58 p.m.  The caller left no voice message.
