Received call from this number but didn't answer it. When I receive calls from numbers I don't recognize I Google it and see who is calling. If it is someone I want to talk to, I will call back.

Did not answer call. Called back only number listed on caller id. Immediately offered opt out by recording by pressing "1". My number listed on do not call registry which does not seem to stop these calls for solicitations.

Got a call from this number today, called ID said "Jones J." Knowing full well I'm not acquainted with such a person I answered to hear a recording start by saying, "Hey, this is John. Your cable bill is going up again...."
So it was a satellite sales call and I hit option #1 to speak to a rep. At this point there still had been no identification of what company was calling. When the live rep came on the line I immediately asked what company it was. "DirecTV" was the reps reply.
I too am registered with DoNotCall.gov and have never had any business dealings with DirecTV, so they should not have any legal option for telemarketing to my number. A complaint with DoNotCall has been registered mostly because the rep was extremely rude when I insisted he remove my number from his list. "Does this sound like the marketing department?? This is sales so don't give me your crap!, the jerk remarked. That iced it. I doubt I was removed so I will follow up to ensure they are fined.

If you hate rude and intrusive telemarketing then let this robo-calling kingpin know how you feel.

Our Platform Has Everything You?d Expect from a Leading Provider
Whether you need to reach thousands of customers over a week or millions of customers a day, our platform can ramp up or down as needed. The platform is located in a safe, fully redundant environment and guarded by the highest levels of security. And of course, offers all of the capabilities you need to meet your objectives.

Of course, this means robo-calling computer systems, the most insidious type of marketing call you can get. This is also why redialing the number only gets you a machine.
I checked all 3 numbers listed for InTouch at DoNotCall.gov and guess what? They forgot to register their own numbers! One of them is toll-free so if you want to give them a dose of their own medicine, feel free. There's nothing stopping you until 30 days AFTER they register these numbers! From my confirmation emails:
Your phone number with the last four digits 8808 is not registered in the National Do Not Call Registry.
Your phone number with the last four digits 9045 is not registered in the National Do Not Call Registry.
Your phone number with the last four digits 8808 is not registered in the National Do Not Call Registry.
Don't screw with me, InTouch Solutions!

It just keeps getting better. In the third link above are two names listed as defendants by way of being officers of Voicecast Solutions, which is an Illinois company. I submit the following is one of the named defendants:
http://www.spokeo.com/search?q=KEYVAN%20SAEDI#:872723147/info
And he changes his name:

The other named defendant, one Michael Kurtz, is more difficult owing to the more common name. There are 13 or so suitable candidates in the greater Chicago area who could be the defendant. I wonder how they like their personal information publicly exposed to marketers?
