Learn English and learn to use spellcheck!  They are definitely a scam!  I have been receiving these calls for about 8 months now.  I've stopped answering and have advised any family members who receive calls to ignore them too.  They've slowed down, but how stupid do they think we are!  I work for a District Attorney's Office and they've even tried to call here--until they find out where they've called.  It has helped slow it down.  I figure when they find out they're not getting any info, they'll eventually stop.  626-227-0276 and 352-653-1224 are also the numbers they use.

Received a phone call from this number. The caller did not leave any message.

These people have called me a few times, they are scam artists trying to prey on innocent people. These sand eating criminals will burn in hell for this. No telling how many elderly and others that have fallen for this crap. I wish one of them would show up at my door, that would be the last thing they did.

This "Paul" is probably one of them who know about this website and is trying to speak up for them. Dude..give it up. They're horrible people. They called my cell phone and my little girl answered thinking they were someone else. They cursed HER out..MY CHILD. I got on and gave them a piece of my mind. They called back 30 times today alone. By the way..friend is spelled f-r-i-e-n-d. Go back to your country jerk.

This number called me 7 times in a row this morning, not only is he calling me, he left a message on my brothers phone trying to get in touch with me, never left a message.  I was forced to change my cell number, because he kept calling it over and over.  I called back once, a man, very heavy accent told me I was in trouble for getting  a pay day loan from someone I have never heard of, threatened to have me put in jail.  He asked me if I had an attorney, when I told him I was an attorney, he hung up, but they continue to call me over and over but never leave a message.  I am sick of these jerks.  If you can't speak the language clear enough for me to understand, go back to where you came from.  We don't need you here in the USA.

Dam these people did this to me to they kept calling me everyday talking about i took out a payday loan like two year ago and the company put in a application to there place and they said i am in a lot of trouble that i did some fraud and if i don't hear from me that they will come to my house and arrest me.. Anyways what company will put you in jail if you own them money. First of all they will put you threw a collection first... lol... this don't make since to me. This is America not the the country.... people come on gotta be smarter than that to do a scam...

Well, I am another victim.  This heavily accented man started calling me at 2392591493, another scam number in Flordia.  I wouldn't take his call, all threatening.  He said his name was George Snider or Snyder...he then started to call my work. WHEN  my boss said we were calling the police he changed his numb er today to this number and changed his business for Dept of Law and Investigation to a "lawyers" office.  I did get a answer, asked for George, was put on hold, and hung up on.  I am contacting the Federal Autorities and my local police to find out what we can do.  He wont send proof of this claim..nothing in writing, wants to talk to my Attorney, but won't give me any information.  Says I will be served BOTH at my work and home this week. Oh he did say I could come to court to get "proof", court is in FLORIDA and I am accross the country...! SCAMMER who doesn't give up...and is mean and nasty.  I have taped all converations, and have copied each and every time he has called.  Now I have had enough and I am going after them! Think at least a harrasment charge or two.

The guys name is abe walker he keeps calling can't speak english and says he has legal papers ii called the attorney general and they say its a scam so don't answer

I am recieving phone calls from this 863-578-4580, threatening me, saying they have a warrant out for my arrest for 5 months. Asking for $723.00 and if they dont receive payment from me today they are sending people out to arrest me. Giving me a fake case #.... I have contacted the sheriff dept along witht the FBI....The phone calls haven't stopped....What is it going to take to end this????

I received a message on my voicemail.  The man said he was Neal Johnson from Dispute Resolution Center and that "he called to talk to me".  He said, (gave full legal name) "had done a financial fraud".  They "had used my name and number as a reference on legal contract papers and that is why our case is going to be filed on "gave name".  He also said, "you should not disregard this message as you do not want this to affect your credit report".  He told me to call him at 863-578-4580 and that it was time sensitive.  This man had a very thick foreign accent and used improper English, wording, and sentence structure. There were many, many voices in the background (almost like a party or the stock exchange). No legitimate company would have made such a call.  It also is illegal for them to leave such information on my answering machine or to discuss another person's financials with me.  They are obviously trying to obtain personal information from unsuspecting individuals to commit a crime.  DO NOT RESPOND TO THEM AND REPORT THEM!!  They did have the full legal name of the person whom they were claiming to have committed fraud and my name and phone#, so they must have gotten the information from some kind of application that would have listed this information.

Michael Redman (get real) with a heavy Indian Accent (bad English too) called that he has a case against my name and S/S#. He said he is calling from the American Law Firm (bogus name..none in Florida..where the number originates). Anyhow, been calling for the last few days on my cell and at work. Even called me at 6am in the morning! All calls have static and/or a lot of background noise, you can hear a lot of people in the background. I am ignoring the calls and filed complaints with the FTC at ftc.gov as both illegal and possible identity theft. Anyone who has a case against you knows that a subpoena must be sent to you, and I have received nothing. The call is just annoying, but have been a victim of ID theft, and anyone who has your social can do anything. Most of all, if the company was legit (as someone has stated) then there would be a toll-free number. I know from experience any caller ID with a (+) in front is usually a foreign number, but these people are starting to get USA numbers to mask it.

I've had to instances where I've received phone calls from bogus "law offices" claiming they were going to serve me at my place of residence and my job. Telling me that I took out a payday loan and that I received over $2,000, and I needed to pay it back or they were taking me to jail. The first number was a guy named "Steve Ricaards", which was supposed to be Richards, but his accent was so thick he couldn't even spell his name correctly...LOL. On top of that he called like 30 times in a matter of 20 minutes. So when I got a similar call from this number this morning and he practically said the same thing the last guy said I threatened him!! I told him if he called my phone again I was going to find him and his "law office" and take legal action against him!! Haven't gotten a phone call since!

I was getting calls from this man with a heavy foreign accent telling me that he was calling from FBI and I didn't pay back the  payday loan and it was considered check fraud.  My social security number is being investigated and he hopes the best for me and wishes me luck as the situation unfolds upon me. I just laughed at him and talked to him using the same very heavy accent.  Than a week later he started calling my niece, telling her the same thing, but was calling her job number.  He was calling me on my cell number.  He than called me again, giving me her name and stating that she used me as a reference and now we are both in trouble. I need to contact him immediately to discuss and provide her information so I won't get in trouble.  Next call I answered and told him off, not to call my phone, I know all about their scam and we will find out who and what they are and they will be the ones prosecuted for it.  I ended the call that I wish you luck as the situation unfolds upon you.  LOL

Abe Walker was the 2nd person to call me, first I got a call from 239-259-1493 stating that they were American Law Division representing Cash Advanced America payday loans & that we owed a bill & we was commenting fraud by not paying it. The guy had a bad accent Middle Eastern I had to keep asking to repeat himself because I couldn't understand half of what he was saying then he got even madder when I told him we have never had a payday loan he just kept saying well then we are going to issue and arrest warrant for my husband at his work & home he was going to be put behind bars & that he would go in front of a jury trial & be locked up well of course I knew that wasn't happening they garnish wages first & you never go in front of a jury trial. I've worked public relations for over 11 years & my skills went right out the door when he didn't like what I was saying back he started yelling at the top of his lungs threatening me & hung up on me. So I called them back everytime I did they would answer & yell & hang up on me & this was suppose to be a law firm. I called back one last time to ask to speak to a supervisior he yelled & said you have him & hung up again. Then the next day I get a call from 863-578-4580 from Abe Walker stating he was from the same law firm he had a bad middle eastern accent he was more calm. He even gave me a case number & the number to the payday loan company so now I'm thinking okay Id fraud or something. I called the payday loan company & what do you know the guys name was James Anderson at 903-461-7247 & he too had a middle eastern accent he stated we got this loan August 2009 & never pd it back I asked him the amt he said $350.00 I told him well you & your so called attorneys office have two different amt he wasn't sure what to say then he just said he was correct they were wrong. I also told him how rude his first attorney was & that was not a way to run a business & told him I called my back & the attorney general & the BBB and was told this was a scam all he said was good luck with your case at court & have a nice day. It was bugging me still so I called my bank up & they looked up all the number & everyone has been reported for a scam. I don't get how people can get away with stuff like this. We went through an investment scam back in June 2010 selective marketing investments lost 911.20 they was good to had me eating out of their hands. So of course now I'm overly cautious but I just don't know why noone can find the people or the so called companies.

they called i called back and asked for an address for there company and they hung up when i said i wanted to send a certified letter, wow so professional, every person that answers the phone sounds the same and has a different name. sounds fishy ....

I got a call from these people today at home....leaving a very rude voicemail, threatening me and my family....when i called back they gave me several reasons why they contacted me and each one was a lie......once i cursed them out they hung up and called an hour later.....cursed them out again.....they hung up.....then i get to work......they left a message with my boss stating my social security # is under investigation....his name was Officer Daniel Parker from Dispute Resolution Center.......at first i was gonna leave it alone because i knew it was a scam.....but now they have contacted my job....that was a huge mistake......because i work for DOC.....oops big mistake Officer......YOU WILL BE HEARING FROM MY LAWYER SOON  THANKS

got two calls from this number. first one, heavy foreign accent man. saying i was in a lot of trouble for not paying back a payday loan. i needed to call him back immediately or "he would be sorry for the trouble that would unfold for me" so i called back. horrible people. the Man stated i got a payday loan from usacreditloans.com (website doesnt exist) for $500. i needed to pay him $5600 immediately or i would be arrested and be in court on monday (monday sept 6th, Labor day)! All the time he was talking i searched and found his TN online. so many different reports of these scammers. i told him i was on to them and now what the colorado state laws are concerning payday loans. this man started screaming and cursing me and hung up. i called the number back and got the same man. he hung up again. i called back, again same man. He started babytalking for the next 5 minutes. it was SOOOO funny.

the following day they called back at 7:15am and left a message. time stamp !!! So i called, same guy! he didnt recognize my voice until i gave him my number. cursed me out again and hung up. Very Very professional.

I received several calls from this number stating that they were going to take court papers out on me if i didnt pay back a payday loan. He told me that they would take me to jail. he said that i would need to pay them 2000 dollars for a 200 dollar loan immidately. he had a very heavy acient and contiuned to tell me that i need to stay calm and not to curss at him. these ppl are scammers and they are not professional at all. all they want to do is get your personal information including your social security number. so beware of these ppl

Same thing happened to me today!!!  They claimed a friend of mine is in legal trouble and I was used as a reference so I am now liable.  INfo was left on a VM.  I immediatley googled the number and came ot this site.... Thanks everyone!!!  I am trying to call the number back and yell at the guy, but I keep getting a busy signal!!!!

I r got this call this am at work in a meeting telling me "not to disregard this message , very heavy acent, etc... Well needless to say I did checking on them and each time they call, I place a block on their numbers , but each time they call with a different number. I guess they dont know that their business was on MSNBC news, about how they are scammer trying to obtain money from you  for the Taliban-guns etc...
When I called got the same person and I decided to use his tactic, started screaming in the beginning and then I  decided to use choice words, then I HUNG UP , and of course they called right back and pretented to be someone else, and once he realized it was me, he hung up, little did he know I was having his number traced!!!... (you gotta love the phone system) havent heard anything yet....

An accented person called again after we found out this was fraud.  Instituting a friend and I are in deep trouble... He also said he feels sorry for us by the end of the week if we don't pay him and take care of this so called payday loan...  How do we stop this.  I told him no one in this community accepts fraud calls.. and I hung up on him.

My wife received a call from this number today.  A man with a very heavy accent saying his name is Officer Rico Carlos with the Office of Fraud and Investigations.  He stated that a relative has commited financial fraud and used her as a reference.  It is very important for you not to ingore this call....etc.  Doing a reverse look-up, the number is from Saratoga Fl.  What a joke....we will be sure to make this a top priority to call back....lol.

Same thing happened to me with the heavy accented man calling and leaving a threatening message.  When I confronted them they hung up on me I called back several times and never spoke to anyone without a heavy accent.  Refused to give me a number of supervisor or address when I told them I thought they were the frauds they hung up on me.

Got the same call and they actually used my friends name.  I called them and was put on hold.  Tried calling back and it goes to some voicemail box. Said their company name was Dispute Resolution Center in Florida.

These people called my job telling me on a recorded line all my personal business I kept telling him that we r on a recorded line an I will call him back later an for him not to call me at work he called my cell 7 times after I didn't answer he called me back at work. So I called him back asked for the name of the company he said that didn't matter he stated he was from state attorneys office in Florida. So I the states attorney office in Florida they didn't know what I was talking about she advised me to call my sherif department here in Chicago so did left a message an then called my attorney. I called them back the told me to kiss his A**, black b***h etc he cursed me good do cursed his a** out from that point on he called my job today 57times an my cell 60times an every time he curses me what I wouldn't do just to kick his A** right now he messed up when he called me I have been a manger for over ten yrs at a collection agency an I know the law if I can't say why do u so now I am suing there assssss messed with the wrong on.advise if they don't work under the fdcpa the have violated.
