I got numerous phone messages from this kay woman with a very annoying voice. when i try to call back she won't answer. i would really like to give her a piece of my mind! if i ever find out who she is i will get her on phone harassment charges!

First, a "lady" called my son & since I've had cancer TWICE(two different types, too), my son gave "her" my number & "she" called me at work on my cell phone. I stated I have clients, can't talk, will call back after work--caller was very southern, rude & vague about who they represented. I called back after work, the "lady" didn't like my response & hung up on me when I explained the hospital misspelled my last name; therefore my insurance DID pay after bills were submitted using the correct name just about two weeks ago--the bills are all just a few months old anyway. "She" said it wasn't the hospital, to SHUT up, quit interrupting & listen to them. I responded "Yes mam" & "SHE" informed me he was a MAN, then told me not to call back because I called them three times & they would get me arrested for PHONE harassment! What? And THEY are going to turn over my bills to the credit agency. What? They called me, did not identify themselves the first two calls. The third call, I told them I wasn't giving any info over the phone because of a TV newscast I heard a few weeks ago about phoney collection agencies calling people & attempting to get credit card & bank info from them. Told HIM I didn't have a charge card, would contact the hospital myself (again was told it was "xxx Diagnostic---so I couldn't pay the bill at the hospital). Wanted to know if "xxx xx,SC was my mailing address & I told them I would not tell them because I didn't think they were legitimate. I tried to give HIM the check number, date, etc...I mailed the checks (I balanced checkbook night before, so I did know exactly what checks had cleared the bank, the check number, the amount & the business,account number for each one). If these people are legitimate, they why are the so rude & so "backwards" in the way they speak on the phone? Why won't "they" tell you who they work for? I've been employed 8 years with current employer & deal with clients on a daily basis that DO NOT want to talk to me(due to privacy issues, I can't disclose my employer). I worked for a Fortune 500 in phone sales for 12 years prior to my current employer. If I talked like these people, I would be terminated immediately! What's the deal with these guys not telling you their business name? Their poor phone connections, their poor phone speaking voices & lack of proper communication skills lead me to believe that these companies who hire them need to listen to some of those calls they claim to "record". FYI--my son said he can't believe that was a guy who called him--named Kay? I didn't mean to insult the guy, I'm a southerner, too--but HE was so very hard to understand-can't believe those calls were from a legitimate collections agency, so I'm calling my hospital, doctor, diagnostic firm,etc....If HE wasn't so vague, rude & just plain ole' MEAN on the phone---I could have figured out which bill I need to pay! FYI--We moved to a new house, so some mail could have been misplaced! Hey, Mr Collection agent--a little bit of honey instead of vim & vinegar will get you what you want a lot faster & easier! You get PAID based on the money you collect--so use good phone manners the next time (and please, at the beginning of the call, let the caller know your business name & which business you represent & why you're calling). Life is too short & no one wants to waste their time on nasty phone callers. People dealing with health issues & medical bills want a pleasant phone conversation, not a swift kick in the tail by an irate, hateful caller! No one chooses to get cancer twice--it just happens. AND I go to the doctor again this week to see if I have yet a third cancer issue.(Hey, shouldn't I rude & hateful, too?) My health issues are of no concern to a collections agency--but think about it--you guys will make more $$$ if you are nicer & sound legit! God Bless all & hope you have a pleasant conversation!

First let me say this, when you call a person's house and ask for someone, make sure you have the RIGHT  number. Don't call and leave a phony call back number or hang up when you get a response back.  The response back is to tell them they have the wrong number.  This may be some new information for you, people do change thier phone numbers and chances are you are calling a residence or cell number that is no longer owned by the person your seeking.  First they call and ask for a Kay then an Allison.   Do they really know who they are searching for?

Could I speak to Philip.  Ok, could you have him call Chad...at this number.  What is is concerning.  I just need to talk to him...you said you would take a message...is this his mom.  You have the wrong number.  Oh are you his wife. You have the wrong number.  Just have him call me.  I don't think that's gonna happen.  Ok I'll call back.  

Pretty sure it is a wrong number since he is 62 and does not know a Chad from Anderson SC.
Looking for another Philip to collect a debt..

This number keeps calling,  when I ask who's calling,  will say Kay. when I reply I don't know a Kay; what's this concerning (nicely) has hung up,  or said sorry I bothered you I'll call back later,  but will not tell me who she is, so I won't tell her who I am.  Was calling from another #, evidently realized I will never answer again,  go ahead and find another number for me to ignore.  When you call someone,  use your phone manners and someone may actually talk to you.  If you call my number,  I don't have to give any information,  I know who I am, I don't know who or what you are.

ive been dealing with mca for several years and i have never had a problem with them they have always been very nice and helpful and have worked with me any way that they could the people that seem 2 have a problem all have the same thing in common u r nosey and should mind ur own business if some one is calling for ur son daughter dad mother......... then why do u need 2no what its about let people do their job and if u dont want them calling get off ur butt get a job and get ur bills paid do the right thing and the would not have to call u!!!!!!!!!!!

yep, my mom just got a call from this number. She asked who it was and they said, "kay, can i speak with rossy." and my mom said, "shes not here, would you like to leave a message?" she said, "no, heres my number, just have her call me, she knows what its about." So i call back, a lady answers, I ask for Kay, and she says i got the wrong number. Next time I get a phone call from this Kay lady, I'm going to tell her to f*** off or I'll go to anderson, tie the phone cord around her neck, and make sure she never calls anyone else again.

Guy called my cell and said he was calling for Carol Hunter.  I figured he was a bad debt chaser.  I told him he had wrong number; he said he thought he did and was sorry for bothering.  Nice guy so I can't complain.  Only reason I answered was because the number is very similiar to numbers at my office which oddly enough is several towns over from where my cell number is based.  Small world.

Female voice sounding like someone trying to solicit sex and calling herself different names each time, has left several messages on different days on my business phone with this phone number as call back number. No intention to call back.

Girl called asking for my daughter told her I would take message, when asked who's calling caller stated "She knows who this is." I called my daughter, she had no clue, but called the person back anyway.  The person tried to get my daughter to pay her money claiming owed to a medical group.  My daughter told her she would pay medical group.  she is not paying a stranger that will not identify their business!!!!  What idiots!!!

My father  got the first call and told the lady Kay that his daughter handled all his affairs. She called me on 11/3/2010 and told me that my dad would have to call her and give permission, he has no long distance and I tried to call her back and she hung up on me twice. I asked her what the name of the business was and she hung up saying she did not know what I was talking about. I think they were trying to run a scam on my dad because he can not read or write and he knows to send callers like this especially if they are asking for money, which they did. $130.00. the only thing that came up on my caller id was Anderson, no other information.

my father got the same kind of call, they said he owed for medical bills and when they messed up and got my number she hung up on me when i asked her where she was calling from and why and she said the same thing, he knows what they are calling about.

This is a collection AGENCY in Anderson. NOt sure but it may be a company contracted out to do collections for various Medical Offices, however if theay will not give you proper PROOF of who and what they are then DO NOT givce them any information....They have called us several times but will not identify or explain clearly who they are..Have not received anything in the mail regarding a delinquent account so as far as I am concerned they need to be reported!
