Caller stated my name and then hung up

Someone called from this number.  They did not leave a message and when I try calling back it just keeps ringing or it will say due to Network Difficulties can not be reached

sometimes when my husband calls from skype it comes up this number but sometimes this number calls and they ask for someone named ashley?

Did not say anything

Got two calls,  one said nothing, and the other asked, in a foreign accent, whether I wanted to sell my time-share. When I said no he hung up. Cannot call the number.
