Doesn't leave a msg just calls and calls

they say i owe money

Called looking for Briana Arnold.  Not my name.  Because of the way they contacted me (automated and automated voice) they are violating the Telephone Consumer Protection Act.  This act states that no one can call your cell phone with an automated dialer or leave a message with an automated voice.  CitiFinancial Auto is very good about doing this and recently, a couple was awarded 27,000 for only 3 phone calls.  I have no clue who gc is.  Doesn anyone out there know???

I get calls from them all the time too.  Another website says that GC is General Collection Services.

They are calling regarding a debt.

I have been receiving calls from this number, which is GC Services in Oklahoma. GC is a collection arm of Qwest Telephone.  They create a "make-believe" amount which is owed to Qwest, obviously in the hopes of collecting money.  This is nothing but a fraud by Qwest, but just think if they could get a million people to send them some money every year, it is obviously worth the effort.
Every now and again they call me for a supposed debt from 7-8 years ago.  Funny part is that I haven't been a Qwest (formerly US West) customer for over 17 years.  Again, this is nothing but a big scam.
