And so yet again - they are going down a list of people who I know and calling. Report these people to your state attorneys office! Stop them!

This jerk keeps calling my work and he is being recorded.. I have no idea what he is talking about...but, there are several 800 numbers they use and they are very threatening... Record and report them. They are not allowed by law to harrass you at work or home...Once they have you phone number it is hard to get rid of them... Good Luck

Scammers as far as I can tell. Call your local county office. If there is a case against, they will have a number. I have found that this was not so. I also found that when you ask for information, there is none!  I reported them to my local sheriffs office and the Federal Trade Commission.  Dont let anyone scar you. Take a breath and fight back!

I had someone call claiming litigation against me... that I have been officially notified. I have a case number??? When I called, they had personal information. They will not give me any official documentation, and if I do get it. I will be going to court. I don't know what to do.

I have been called from spoofed local numbers with messages stating I have pending litigation due  to fraud based on an outstanding debt .Jeff Baker is the name he uses. He called work asked for my Manager and spewed the same line of bs. Each time I get the call he tells me to contact 866-247-4945. He stated that they know where I am and will see me soon. I am saving all the recordings and messages as he has now violated just about every FTC rule on debt collection. Incidently, I have no debt, everything is paid and up to date so this is some crazy scam. No idea where they get names and phone numbers but beware! This company was just sued and lost to the tune of 32 million dollars for violation FTC rules. Tell them you are saving reordings and will contact your lawyer if they do not stop!

My sister received a call from a woman from "Global" stating there were charges pending and I needed to call them back today. My sister is a deputy sheriff and knows that criminal charges aren't outsourced to third parties. She demanded the caller give more information. The caller said the envelope for me was sealed and she could not open it unless I was talking with her. She further stated she could not receive direct calls but could give the toll free line and a case number. When I searched the number online I found number outs references to Safe Moving and Relocation at this toll-free number but no references to "Global." I've need heard of this company and have no outstanding debts. I have a storage unit with a local company and am current with my payments. I have no criminal charges and never have. This is a scam if I ever heard one.
