This is a fraud

This # won't come up on your caller ID, but after calling the # on back of my debit card i got transferred back to this dept. They actually work in a special ID theft protection area. They did have to ask a lot of questions i didn't feel comfortable giving at first, until i called a # I did trust as B of A. But im glad they asked these questions because the real criminal had my ssn and info on my whole family so it was hard for them to tell i was who i said i was. Good Job Bank of America!
