Every hour on the hour these guys call but never leave a message.  If it's a collection agency, I would assume they'd leave a message.  It's gotta be a telemarketer.

i got calls and also a letter arrived today saying we owed $38.35 and it was from CCS-a debt collection svc.  Our name was not correct and it listed our address as a PO Box #, which we have never had.  It wants us to pay the bill immediately, but lists the creditor as somwhere we have never doen business with.  We don't have any outstanding debt.  I think its a scam..to scare people into paying what they think is a bill??

it IS a collection agaency-they told me they were looking for a William Sullivan...the same person they were looking for with the phone calls!  I would love to know how they got my phone number...I'm guessing thats how they end up getting your address...by googleing your phone number!  clever.
