who is this?  phones at least twice a day

Just received a call from this number on my landline...did not leave a message. I've added it to my ever growing list of numbers of these hang up calls. Interestingly enough...I received a call on my cell around the same time from 1800-591-0569. Not sure if they are connected but it seems to much of a coincidence to me.

I've added iBlocker Pro to my cell as I am tired of getting these calls and have placed every number on my black list

I suspect those online adds that advertise work from home are related. My sister checked out a site using my laptop when I wasn't home and somehow they found my cell number and they called my phone. Seriously I don't understand how these people are allowed to share private info without consent first. It should be illegal for them to share this info unless they state in their adds that they do.

Keep the Faith folks and don't stop reporting them.

Called me on the 1st of Nov - no name displayed just an 800 number - annoying. I reported already to DNCL

Someone spoke to me from that number claiming to be from reader's digest and telling about identity theft.
Weird stuff.
