It is a company that was created to help buyers, investors and the like, locate pre-foreclosure, foreclosure, distressed, HUD properties. The reason you keep seeing them in cities all over is because that's exactly what they do, list properties all over the United States, where owners can no longer financially afford the homes.

You really should investigate a company before claiming spam.

Send an email to abuse@craigslist.org. Enough people complain they will take it seriously. Flagging just isn't cutting it because American Standard dooshbags are using an automated program to spam the site.

These A**LES are ALL OVER Craigslist with fake rental housing ads. I have finally, after 2 years, gotten so tired of seeing their bogus listings that I just picked up the phone and called the number. After being put on hold for five minutes, a live man came on the line and I asked him if he was the one posting all the housing ads on CL. He said "yes, are you interested in a home?" I said "No, I am interested in getting you guys to STOP putting your fake ads up because they are SPAM and are being flagged as spam." To which he replied, "Excuse me? Um, no they are not spam and obviously you don't......" I hung up so I don't know what else he said. But their listings ARE fake and, if you do a Google search, you can see they are all over--in every city--the same crap ads with the same phone number. So let's just keep flagging them, folks. Maybe they will go away one day.
