Well, I do not and have never had a bank of america account, not does anyone in my family. I have received 11 of these calls in the last 4 days to my place of employment. So I doubt it is BofA.

This number appears at least once a day at my place of employment. No one answers and after a brief period they hang up. Very rude.

I began getting calls from this number a week or so ago. They call every day and never leave a message. I don't answer calls from people I don't know, so I'm not sure who they are.

they are FIA card services. They arent trying to sell you a credit card, they are a collection agency affiliated with bank of america. If youve been missing payments on your bofa credit card, expect to hear from them

We keep receiving calls from this number, but when we answer, it is a recording that tells me to wait. Um...No! After only the second time, we stopped answering, but they keep calling, and the calls keep getting more frequent. They called 4 times yesterday. It merely lists the number and "800 Service" on caller ID.
My husband just called the number back and it is some place called "Card Services". I have spoken with them in the past (when it wasn't a machine dialing). They are not affiliated with any particular bank. They try to trick you into thinking they are from your credit card company. When I asked him which of my credit card companies he was with he couldn't give me an answer he just kept saying "card services". They are trying to sell some type of credit card service. We have reported them to the do not call registry for a violation since I asked them not to call when I spoke to the guy a couple months ago AND we have been listed in the do not call registry since March (it only takes up to 30 days to become active on the list).
I recommend anyone on the do not call registry (www.donotcall.gov) receiving calls from this number to report them as well. It is a $10,000 fine for each infraction. Maybe if they get fined enough money, it will put them out of business. :-)
