They are wanting money.   I need money to Payton heat bill so I won't freeze this winter.

Just got a call from same number as last person.    886-391-3506.      So glad I have an answering machine.  I don't answer numbers I've never heard of therefore I didn't answer this call.  They claimed to be from an atourney  Rett Plank. Informing me to call them back at said extension.    Knowing I'm not in any type of collections actions and am not in any type of debt that is behind in payment I do not plan on contacting these people.  From what I have read here they have been trying to scam innocent people since 1999.  Looks like they would learn after 5 years to stop trying to scam innocent tax paying people.   They will not get a dime from me and I suggest the same from the rest of you.     Looks like Rhett is gonna have to stay in the romantic novel business.   Or I will be reporting him th the BBB!!!!!

They are using the same number different exchange. I never called back I will not call back on old debts. 866-391-3506 caller states she Mrs. Henderson calling from attorney Plank office. It is against the law to state your calling from an attorneys office and threaten legal action etc. Whenever she calls which is evry three days from 1800-561-9118. Thank you for the info you all podted.

I got the same rude, demanding & threatening calls for something that has also been paid already.  Thank you all for posting.  Now I know, a lot sooner than later, that this is all crap and don't have to waste my time.

Left message his name was Richard and calling for Atty ----I couldn't understand him. Said it was important etc. Then he called the Township where I live and left a message that he was calling for an atty named Kline. But Sec told me it was hard to hear what he was really aying except that he was calling for me. This harassment has got to stop. These people are making us physically sick.

I just got a message to call Kari.  They answered "law office"  when I asked for Kari they kept asking "who?"  Then " Oh, Kari " one moment please.  Also calling about a debt they claim I owe the to the crooks at Concorde Career College back in 2007  Rude and try to intimidate you.

These idiots keep calling me about a debt they claim I owe from a college for 2002 that I withdrew from (within the refund period).  The original debt was 500, they say I owe 5,000.  Ya, right.  Of course, the college has no paperwork proving my withdrawal and they "demand" my paperwork.  I'm sorry, its 2011, who keeps things like that from 9 years ago??

I received a message from this number from a guy named Stephen Torrez stating that he needed to make a decision tonight on behalf of his client so I needed to call him back right away. When I called back he said he was calling on behalf of a debtor (of which I knew was a legitmate debt that I have) and said they were offering me a 50% reduction if I make a 1 time payment or I can make hardship payments over a 1 year period for the full amount. I am wondering if this is legit or not.

Law office of Rat Plank called and wanted my daughter to call them. She wasnt even the person they were looking for. Rude obnoxious rep named Stephen Torrez yelled that they did not have to take our number off of thier call list even though we weren't the ones they were looking for. The number they used was 866-391-3505.

Got 2 calls, says his name is Inspector Torres.  Won't state nature of call except for "serious matter" and that he's calling on behalf of his client, needs info from me ("my side of the story") or my attorney.

The dumbasses caled me once from 866-391-3505, said his name was Jeremy. I tried to call back a number of times to find out what the call was for and they started to get rude after I called a couple of times. They obviously have caller ID, because they knew I had called more than once within a couple of minutes.

I get a robo-caller leaving this number behind. Caller ID says 800-305-8583

They are loan shark heisters claiming to be from attorney Rhett Plank's office. The same person never calls twice. They are rude and threatening. If you call them they treat you like a criminal and act like they are doing you a favor by taking your call to find out what they want. And they still call even when you send them proof that what they called about to begin with is paid in full !!

Answered to a recording telling me to stay on the line so I did and then the recording came back and said we're sorry but no one here is able to take your call......

This is ridiculous, this number calls at least 4 times a day, I'm on the DO NOT CALL list and the one time I answer they can't take MY call??!!

Received a message on the answering machine from 800-561-9118 saying it was 'attorney Plank' and asking me to call them back at 866-391-3505.  They are calling about a debt that was paid off FOUR YEARS AGO.  When someone called the first time from this number and left a message, I contacted them, faxed them all the paperwork (including a copy of the CERTIFIED CHECK) that paid off this debt, and they insist on calling.  I'm reporting them.  They don't pay attention when you do call them, and they don't update their records to show the debt has been paid.  They're annoying.

Received a call from 800 561 9118 and left number 866 391 3505 to call back and said he is an attorny Rab Plan.
He wants me to call but no other info...
I called back but the ans machine said "You reached American" and asked leave a message and phone to call back.
Any body received such call?
