Pretends to be a collection agency for hospitals, really just identity theft.

Always call number on your last medical bill received in the mail. Never give info to anyone calling you. Many scams can easily go to a prank website and have a company's phone number show up on your caller I'D while they call you from their phone and steal your information.

Yes this is a debt collector for providence hospital. I agree with all of the above. They call all the time but they never leave a message. If they would like to leave a message then maybe I would return their calls.l do not answer or return calls from people I don't know as enough sales people call that I avoid. If they don't leave a message I am assuming they are just trying to sell something. I have never talked to anyone so do not know about them being rude but it is considered rude in my book to call someone and not leave a message. Why did they call in the first place if they aren't going to leave a message? I don't answer calls if I don't know who it is but I will return a call if a message is left to take care of business. I think with this business not being BBB accredited says a lot right there. I have yet talked to anyone there but when they leave a message I will be glad to talk to them if they behave themselves on the phone.

They call me repeatedly and never leave a message.  I have no idea who they are or why they are calling.

Calls at least 2x a week, never leaves a voicemail.

called my husband's cell ph.   One day I answered it and said, "Why the f**k are you calling?" and just kept saying that.  Lady got flustered and was looking for someone [don't remember the name] and I said she wasn't at this number.  Only 3 people know his cell #.  I'm about ready to get Verizon to issue a different #.  Let someone else take these crappy phone calls.

It is illegal for them to harass your husband at work. They cannot do that, when asked not to.

These people are HORRIBLE. They are a collection agency for Providence hospitals, and they constantly call with various numbers so you can't ever pin point who is calling. They call anywhere from 7 am to 10 pm at night. Yes, as you are going to bed, they CALL.

They immediately COMMAND that you "Verify your name and SS#" and I say "NO, I'm not giving anything out over the phone, especially my social security number". THEN they get extremely hostile! I have been screamed at, I have been cussed out, I have been threatened. I had one woman tell me to sell the only vehicle my husband has to get to work in, to pay off my debt. I had another woman tell me to "go expletive myself". Can you believe that?!

After the past month of nothing but harassing calls from these people, I will be getting another number and will not give it out  to anyone but friends and family.  Let's see how they like them apples.

I just got this pre-paid phone number, and I have alias information on my pre-paid account....so not sure who these people are looking for, but its not me. My name is no where linked to the phone number they were calling. They called and didnt leave a message.

This is a collections for Providence Hospitals. I have had calls with no messages left or they want my birth date. Which I tell them I am not releasing private information without a explaintion, who they are and what they want! This always ends up with them hanging up on me. RUDE!
They need to train their phone staff with better people skills and stop asking for private information. To many credit scams out there to destroy your life. Be careful everyone.

Just received a call for my husband . The lady would only say she is calling from the Seattle area. She started screaming  at the top of her lungs after I asked her who she was and that I do not give out info over the phone when I can't verify who I am talking with. I told her my husband is not home and she said " if you don't let me talk to him now I will start calling his employer. I will continue to call them and you until I talk to him." This was the first and only time they have called my home and I googled them it is a medical collection agency.

I just answered this call, the lady was terribly rude, informed that I must verify who she is speaking with. I found out it was a collection agency (not sure what the bill is even from), I told her I have not been able to work for about a year and am living with my Grandfather at the moment. She informed that McDonalds is hiring.

Ummm....I am in absolute shock. How rude is that, it has just been a tough year!

Collections for Providence hospitals.

These people keep calling me, but won't even complete the phone call. As soon as the person talks to me they hang up. I am aware that it is about a medical bill, but it's pretty jerky to just harass someone and not even make a request for payment. Anything to collect a debt huh? If they would perchance, complete one conversation before sending someone to collections, maybe I'd feel more like paying this bill.

These people have been calling our home often and when I got on the phone today they demanded that I give them my social security number and my birth date to verify who I am!!  When I asked who they were they just gave a first name and the same business name that showed up on my caller ID - needless to say they didn't get any information from me. My first instinct was/is that it's a identity fraud group. If they are some sort of legitimate business they need to train their phone people a lot better - they come across as thieves.

Calls but no message left.

FYI--in case persons who make these types of calls are reading, here is the policy that I operate under:
1.)  "Robo-calls" are not accepted on my line.  If it is important enough to call me, it is important enough to dial the number yourself.  If I pickup the line and say hello and don't hear you or hear clicks/or a recording then the call is over.
2.)  If I do not answer, you will leave a detailed message that includes ALL of the following:  your name, number, and detailed purpose of the call.  (telling me "it's an important matter" is NOT an explanation)  It will be a message from you, not a pre-recorded message.   Failure to do so means I will not call you back under any circumstances.
3.)  If you do call and I do answer, you will be polite.  I will reciprocate.  If you are not polite, the call is over and I will not accept any further calls from your business again...try a letter next time, but it better be polite too.

Those are the rules, plain and simple.....follow them or don't, but if you don't then it is your choice not to communicate, not mine and I am under no liability to you or whomever you represent if the rules are not followed.
