Message from Dynamic Recovery Solutions.  It is an attempt to collect a debt.  No further information given as to who the debt is with.   Caller ID from same company on another call was 571-402-1711.

I got a call from this number all so 866-421-4920 i do not answer number I dont know. A Ms Carven left her name and this message; she has an urgent message and would like for me to contact her gave a different number she called me at. This is very strange.....

Got the same message from Ms. Craven ... Did some tracking and found it is:

They were calling about a debt that was already paid and settled. This is a fraudulent "debt collection" ... also known as a "shakedown". There are a number of reports online regarding them trying to claim debts that were previously cleared by bankruptcy as well. Also per their website [http://www.drsinc.us/history.html], they are working with the Chinese government.

Received a call last night asking to call back at 866-421-4920 regarding a debt. Sounds like a scam and a prerecorded message.

Mine was Mr. Coe. I'm guessing it's the holidays and they're trying to scare people into giving them their money. Just blocked the number they called from ;)

I've had this happen to me many times in the past due to a repo in 2005. The company that took my car, sold my information. I've since been in current standing with all of my bills.  The calls will never stop. I've contacted the police department for guidance and for record of someone calling to harass me.

Their advice was anyone who's collecting a debt should tell you in writing, know where you live to serve you and DON"T VERIFY ANYTHING EVER!!!- And that you can never "GO TO JAIL" for an  un paid debt. Doesn't work like that. FYI And keep your pocket books safe people! :)

Got the same call from a Mrs Bundy. Same scam as the rest on this site. Will contact the State Attorney General.

I have received many phone calls from 208-908-7862, allways a differant MR. or MS. somebody. the name allways changes but the message is allways the same. I have added them to the ignore list, so the voice mail just shows up.

I received the same message from a mrs. craven, she never states what company she is with or who the message is for.  only that is urgent that i return the phone call it is a matter of collecting a debt.  the number was a local cell number with unknown name. to return the call to the 866 number.  scares the crap out of you even if you dont have a back debt.!!! I had a local hospital turn me over one time for 25 dollars with me recieving one bill, so of course it scares you!! No one likes to worry about their credit!! Can we report this to the better business bureau and get some results??

This time it was a Mrs. Craven.  Same deal about collecting a fictitious dept.  The number originated from 510-460-1610, but the message said to call: 866-421-4920.

Just received the same message, local number call the 866. Mrs. Bundy gets around.

I too got a call just now from Brandy or something or other.. who knows... said it was not a sales call but an attempt to collect a debt... they gave a name that they had difficulty pronoucing...  It also appears they are using a telephone number generator so that a local number is appearing on our caller id and mast their own identity...  Not sure what debt they are collecting but I would bet my last dollar they are not a legit...  sounds more like a scam operation that buys junk debt for pennies and scares/scams people into paying debt they may not even owe or they are authorize to collect...  scum of the earth these types are!

I got the call from Mr. Poe, or maybe it's spelled "Pough". Left the Texas number with the prefix of an area of the Dallas Metroplex where I lived over twenty years ago.

Just FYI.....If you Google Map the location, then go to Satellite view you can see their bunkers. Interestingly, you cannot pull up a street view of either location. And, the Texas location is within spitting distance of the local office of the IRS. Two foreign entities calling and harassing people all over the country? People are reporting this to the Feds and yet the principal address is within walking distance of the IRS?  Something doesn't smell right here.....

Forgot to mention - the number that actually called was (305) 224-1254 and says "Homestead, Florida" in the caller ID.  "Mr. Poe" asked to be contacted back at the 866 number.

Got a call from 866-421-4920 from a "Mr. Poe" informing me about a "file in their office" and that this was an attempt to collect a debt.  No indication of what company or any other details.  Defintely some sort of scam and will not be returning this call.

I just heard from our friend Mr. Poe as well, lucky me. Call came from my area code, the 866 number was given for me to call. Same script, just an urgent issue in the office regarding a debt. I have debt but everything is current and I've received nothing in the mail. I'm not calling back because I feel that doing so would verify my phone number to them and keep them bothering me.

I just got a call from Mr. Poe too, with a New Jersey area code! How is it possible that Mr. Poe and Mrs. Bundy apparently have cell phones in almost every state? Same VM as everyone else, and there's no way I'm calling back

I just got the same message from MR. POE. it was a 267 number who called me (PA) and the return call was to be made at 866-421-4920.

Have received the same messages, once from Mr. Poe or Ko or whoever and just now from Mrs. Bundy.  Both numbers are AZ numbers (Tucson)  but different from each other.  Both left the 866 number for call back.  I will not call back because I have no debts and apparently am not alone in these weird cons or whatever they are trying to do.

Mr. Poe just called me and left the urgent message everyone else is reporting. I live in the Baltimore area, and he called on a local number, but told me to call the 866 number. I have no outstanding debt, so this is obviously a scam.

I received the very same phone call with the very same message.  At least they are consistent!  HA.

I also got a phone call originating in Grand rapids, MI with a return number of 866-421-4920. It was Mr. Poe and he said he was collecting a debt. I have no debts, for one, and second, legally they have to ask for me by name to verify that I am the person to whom any such debt belongs. The never once mentioned my name. They do not have it.

Mrs. Bundy called and left the same message.  The same situation applies to me as well.  I do not call anyone who does this.  I plan to make sure I'm on the no-call list and I may report to the Attourney General's office too because I feel it is "scam related".

Just got the call from Mrs. Bundy as well...same message, called from a local number and gave 866 to call back.

Just got a call from Mrs.Bundy.  Like everyone else stated, never said who they were looking for in the voicemail, never stated what the debt was for.  Just that it was regarding a debt.  Again, called from a semi-local number, but gave this number as a call back number.  I just got a new phone number so I'm sure it's not for me, but thought it might be worth adding to this list!

Just got the call from Mr. Poe. I had one of these once before a few years ago. I never called them back and they kept leaving messages. Finally they mentioned the name of the person they were trying to reach and it wasn't anyone in my family. I have lived in this house and had the same # for 26 years. We don't and have never had ANY past due debt. They are scammers and should be ignored.

Got a call from "Mr. Poe" as well. Never mentioned the company in which he works for.  I don't owe anyone, so I was confused when I received the call from a 317 area code.  He too left the toll free 866 number to call him back.  It sounds like a scam, I will definately not call back!
