I receive continuous calls from 1866-450-0062. I have never picked up the phone as most 1800 calls are telemarketers. I wish to lodge a real complaint about this sort of harrassement at home in the evenings.

The company is TD Insurance.
If you call the 866 phone number back you can be removed from their list.
They want to know if you would like an insurance quote.

Did you know that companies are purchasing the NDNCL and then using it as a calling list.
Your better of just answering the call and requesting to be put on their local list.
They already have your phone number so weather you go on their list or not if a company is going to sell their list (which is illegal) they are going to do it regadless.
Duck U is a little off base.

I am on a 'no call' list, for telemarketers. I should not be getting calls from these systems.!!!!!!

I live in Southern Alberta Canada.
Calls me everyday 4times. MUTHAPHUCKERS KEEP CALLING ME AND SINCE I'M ON THE DO NOT CALL LIST THEY OWE ME MONEY!!!
I added myself to the Government of Canada's do not call list.
If anybody decides to answer this call and you hear an option where they will say
"Press X to add yourself to the do not call list"
DO NOT DO THIS AS YOUR # WILL GO ON ANOTHER LIST THAT GETS PASSED AROUND LIKE A DIRTY S**T!
Do not call list takes 30 days to get onto it. But it seems that it helps for domestic BULLL SHIET but as for out of the country calls.. no.
Since the economic collapse there have been many American scams targeting Canadians.
RULE OF THUMB
1. Don't answer any 1800, 1888, 1900 etc.
2. If a 1800 calls you often it could be your credit card company informing and trying to collect payment on a past due. If you think that this is you, instead of answering the call next time, check your finances and CALL THEM BACK with the #'s provided BY YOUR CREDIT CARD COMPANY.
3. Only answer unknown numbers from YOUR EXCHANGE ONLY. ie If your # is 780-555-1234, then only answer calls from a 780 area code.
4. Use your brain and common sense ppl
