GE retail Credit Bank?? Is it real??

umm.... I have to cancel LOFT CARD...

We just dumped their card. We paid a day late and owed 18. The statement added that fee into the next payment, but they stilled called 5 times in 2 days and asked for $250 which is way higher than what we owe for our next payment. Something is wrong with this company.

I keep getting a call from this number. Telling me it is a time sensitive matter. I recently made a pair of glasses from lens crafter, using GE credit. I have paid off everything when I received the first bill. Why would they e calling me now? The recording say "this is a time sensitive matter, if you are xxxx, push 1 now, if you are not push 2 NW, if you would like to take a message for xxxx, push 4 now. " it sounded like a scam, so I did none of the pushing....I still get calls from them in the morning . I don't answer the call.

GE MONEY for Old Navy Visa. They never leave voicemail, and I canceled this card two years ago.

It's the GE credit card people for Old Navy. I just saw I had a statement ready to read online and the payment I made from my bank account earlier this month was not accepted even though the funds were available and I followed all the steps correctly on how to pay. Now  I have a late fee. The customer assistance number for them is an 866-450 number as well so although they didn't leave a message for me, I'm sure it's them. If they dont fix this for me then I'll have to dump their card. Luckily my cash back rewards are greater than the fee they charged me so if they don't help me I'll still be able to get away unscathed except for the late pay on my credit.

GE Money Bank for Old Navy Visa.  Calls randomly until they find the person they are looking for.
I've never had a credit card.
