We received 2 phone calls from this number today and both times they left messages specifically asking for husband and saying that they had a very personal and important matter and/or issue that needed to dealt with immediately and that he is to return their call as soon as he gets the message.  The woman stated her first name, but never named a company or business that she was calling from or stated what the call was specifically in regards to.  She left an 866 number as well as a 508 number (which is a Massachusetts area code).

Called here for my brother it was urgent that he get a hold of him regard a statement for XXX county matter. Please reference file ######.  The caller gave his full name and an extension #

Many of my family members have received a call from a Mike Kelly at the above number saying it is urgent for me to return his call or he would have to get an attorney involved.  Left case number as well as number.

An uncle I very rarely see got a call from this number saying the was filing against me. I tried calling and no answer. I have never received a call or message like this on my own numbers. I dont know how they got a number for my uncle since I dont even know it.

These are not scams most of the time the info is pretty accurate, you wouldnt be getting calls if you paid your bills.

Got 2 calls from a man who paused for dramatic effect... His message...

Travis..... I ... Just don't know what else to do.... I... I... I really am trying to help... I just got your file pushed infront of me... I wish you would have contacted me sooner... This may have to be filed for legal action maybe in your county...  Please.... Travis Call me back

Got a call from this number for an employee that has not worked for me in 5 years.  They wasted my time I will waste theirs too.

These people should get acting awards, they really should.  The calls all start with "Kay, I'm very confused..(dramtic pause)...you haven't returned my calls, and I can't hold your file past tomorrow (they've been saying this for 3 months).  I'll have to turn this over (to whom they need to turn it over to, they don't say) if you or your attorney don't call me back by tomorrow".  Different people with different names all say the same thing, they don't say who they are or what the issue is, and I'm not going to call them back to find out - they can send me a letter if it's that important.

I received a call from Scott Aimes on my answering machine looking for someone by the name of Richard with the same last name as mine. No one I know and a name I don't recognize, but he knew my name. I just thought I would do the right thing and call him back let him know that he had reached a number in error, thought I was doing the right thing. He starts interrogating me and making me feel horrible. I am floored that someone could be so rude to me, when all I wanted to do was help him out. FLOORED. Next time I guess I will look up his number first on the internet. And I suppose it wouldn't matter if I called and asked to speak to a supervisor, I am sure it doesn't matter if their 'employees' are rude. I am still shaking from the conversation.

Just had My 2nd Ex call me saying she got a message from this number looking for my 1st Ex.  same story, very official sounding and very urgent, she called back trying to figure out how the hell they got her number and could not get anywhere.  same story that I read here and other web sites.  claims to have a file in front of him that needs immediate statement or he will have to go forward with "proceedings".  glad others post to give a heads up to scams...

Debt Management Inc dba as CRS which is Capital recovery systems is a high pressure threatening collection agency.  They actually called my phone looking for arealtive and got rude with me when I asked for infomration about their company...as simple as the name of company.

got a message for my exhusband from this number , said his name was Paul Germain (sp?) claiming he had to make a statement and gave an account number and everything, sounding very urgent. That he call back TODAY!! We've been divorced for 5years! Anyone who's reputable would have the correct info...I'm glad I looked this up!!

"Jack Richards" called here, thinking that a facebook friend (who we barely know) is employed by us.
How funny!  They must be getting desperate. Guess what, so is the rest of the country with this economy.
He wanted me to forward a message to someone I barely know, so I wrote down his information, and after the call, I let the shredder chew on it.

Not true.  These companies use a search to find relatives of people who owe them money.  Then they call and say your number was left as a contact number.  I have gotten several calls for a relative who lives in another state.  I call back and tell them they are well aware that person doesn't live here and doesn't have this number and not to call again.
