It took me 3.5 rings to get to the phone and the person (if still listening) did not answer to my very loud greetings.

866-563-8647 has called me 5 times today.  i just picked up and it hung up.  wtf...?

It does not sound as though this person has a life.  Anyone who repeatedly calls ppl he/she does not know most likely HAS NO LIFE!

Get about 2-3 calls a day from this number

It is Delve Market Research - when I called the number back it was an automated voice response system which identified itself correctly.

BTW, this company WILL pay you for your time if you qualify for whatever research they are doing -- I have been the happy recipient of some extra cash for my time spent talking about interesting products.

call recieved and ansewered they asked for me when i said it was me she hung up. When trying to return call I get the message that all circuits are busy. ????? Why call if your are not going to explain why you are calling, or hell just to say I dont have anything to do on a Sunday wanna chat?.....

My advice would be to get an OOMA phone (VOIP). You go to the "my ooma" website, log in, go to your preferences, select "Blacklist" and add the number along with any others from crazy bill collectors, scam artists, exboyfriends, girlfriends, exwives or husbands or even a crazy brother-in-law as well as scumbags, Democrats, etc. Once they go on your "Blacklist" you never hear from them again.

This won't stop some bill collectors who have multiple outgoing phone numbers, but just keep adding the numbers and soon, they will stop.

i get the same hang ups from the same number. it is like i am being stalked. even late at night!

Attempts to call back results in four seconds of silence, then the end of the call.

I keep getting the same calls. Hope it ends soon. Figured it may be Obama since he's flying all around the place campaigning. Not sure if he's looking for a place to stay.

This number calls every day twice a day and hangs up

NO message - calls and hangs up each day

I have gotten numerous calls for 2 days now.  It is 4:30 on Sunday.  I have received 4 calls today and  9 yesterday, all on my cell phone.  
I am EST zone so I only get calls after noon?  No one is on the other end and calling back I get "this number is not in service?" on my home phone and a beeping when I call back from my cell.

I wonder if:
1) This is a hoax by hackers paid by people that want to piss someone off.  I have heard of it before...
2) If my calling back prompts another call from the number to me, because when I call it, it calls back within 10 minutes.
3) If the owner of this number is going to pay my cell bill and reimburse lost business as my number is a business line!
4) If anyone can do anything to stop this!  I have seen posts dated back to January!  I can't change my number due to business.
5) Who is making the money for do not call registries as they don't work!
6)  Why with all of the technology, can't this be stopped????

This number has called me 4 times within the last hour.  I don't answer and they don't leave a message.  But damn they are buggin!  I've heard that if you do answer the call, their system will note the time that the call was connected and they will log it in as the most convenient time to call.  Moral of the story?  Don't answer a phone call if you don't know the caller.... lol

It's likely that T mobile is calling so you have to pay for the 3 dollar monthly block caller fee.

Called 4 times today. First two weren't answered second two were both hangups.

Hass been calling all day.  At least 10 times so far.  This is the first time I have seen this number.
