This company is taking money out of my bank account and when I call the number I am on hold for hours waiting... it's supposedly an identity theft support organization.  I have never signed up for anything with this company and I don't know how they got my banking information.  The bank is investigating.

This company is taking money out of my bank account and when I call the number I am on hold for hours waiting ASKED FOR A SUPERVISOR HAD TO WAIT FOR TWO HOURS BEFORE I WAS DISCONNECTED... ASKED THEM TO CANCEL WHAT EVER THIS MEMBERSHIP IS AND THEY SAID IT WILL BE 15 DOLLARS AND I SIGNED A WAIVER STATING I WAS NOT GOING TO GET MY 31.98 BACK INFORMED ME I NEEDED A POLICE REPORT IN ORDER TO RECIEVE MY MONEY BANK

I just received information on my account that 31.98 was taken from it!  I never gave any permission to do this!  I have never heard of this company.  I can protect my own account!!!  I had less than 10.00 in the account anyway, so way would I put more than what I have on to my account.  I called this 1-866 number that my bank gave and it is just a complete run around!!!  I did file with my bank and they are working with me in order to get my account worked out. I beleive that this place needs to be STOPPED soon before it really does damage.

I too have been ripped off by this unknown company. I checked my account yesterday and noticed the same amount of 31.98 was taken out. My Bank is investigating the charge as well. I do however have to close my account and re-open a new one because the charge is an "Autopayment" which means they will probably try again to take 31.98 from my account. Something does need to be done to stop this company. I have filed a police report!

I just checked my bank statement same thing happen to me. I ask for a supervisior and i had to wait an hour. They will not refund my money and i do not want anything else taken from my account. They need to be stopped......

Same thing happened to me, I finally got ahold of a live person and was told that since the IP address to my computer was what they show I had to pay.  Bank is investigating but then they debited it again the next day!

My story is the same as all the above.  I went on online to ask for payday loan when it got to the part that asked for my bank account # I decided it wasn't such a good idea so I stopped and closed the page. Well my info. must of went on cause the same amount $31.98 started showing up on my statements.  I called the # and same thing was put on hold FOREVER and told to send police report.  Did that, then was told to have the officer call, he did then I was told the IP address proves I authorized payment.  I'm going to the bank on Monday.

Sounds like this company got us all right at the holidays! I have experienced the same as all of you, I have now sat on hold for an hour waiting for a supervisor and thought I would look up the comments on the internet about this company and see that it is a fraud.  Wish I had looked it up before I called and asked for a supervisor, might have been able to avoid the pain of waiting for a supervisor to obviously just get it canceled for more $ that I don?t have, who knows if the person that I am waiting for is even a supervisor. Horrible.  I was finally able to access the website www.theftsupportprotection.com and they hopefully canceled my subscription and waived the cancellation fee. I really hope this is over.
