I received a call today (10/07/2008) from 866-623-9354 at 9:58 AM Central Standard U.S. time. There was no voicemail left on my phone; something "the real" Citi always does. I then used Sly Dial (a free service that automatically connects you to a voicemail box) to call it back and see if there was an automated message system. The automated Sly-dial operator requested I submit a valid, U.S. telephone number as it cannot direct this prepaid wireless call. Obviously, Citigroup has a valid U.S. number and I'm sure its not operating through prepaid wireless.
